Office of Joint Commissioner. Very strict security.

I get very bad experience from Mumbai Police Commissioner.
where as I drop 1 mail regarding actions against person before 45 days still no any progress and no any actions happening against him.
For reference attached police complaint.
In this mail DGP of mumbai Police, IG of Mumbai Police is included but still mail reply is only person not found. Process is ongoing.
how can I trust on police ?

Helpless . I have gone there for noc they said apply online. I have gone online search the aadarcard number was not displaying so I ask them they said we don't know. I will say it's totally helpless.
