The mall is huge and nice. Lots of choices for food.

this mall provide stroller rental for parents who having an infants or kids

Parking on weekends should make it per entry. Parking is supposed to be a facility which u should provide to your customers, not making profit out of it!

Groceries, home Appliances, Fast Food, Karaoke, Bowling, Cinema, Clothes you name it. Everything is here

Plenty of shops to pick from, and everything you need..

Many shops are closed, poor maintenance but somehow there's a charm abt a empty mall and being roam around with very little harassment by a mass of people..

Many tenants have vacated the place. Not really impressive like before.

The toilet facilities need improvement since the management is charging 50 sen per entry. Another shopping mall in city center do not charge for entry yet the toilet is clean.

My favorite place to shop. Got cinema, bowling, gym, DIY store, book store. Awesome.

More parking at the roof. Just like the odinary shopping mall.

Escalator not function well and hard to find ATM machines

One of the shopping mall in Sabah. Located far from city centre offering everything you want to shop in one building. Kids friendly, wheelchair friendly, a lot of restaurants and cafe. Parking space a bit limited for such a big mall.

Huge mall with zero maintanance. Big brands mostly gone. Empty lots here and there. Nothing much to offer.

GENERALLY IT HAS EVERYTHING, a nice place to hang out
