Many shops closing down, no crowd, low occupancy rate, no bank

A standard shopping mall. Food, entertainment, pet shoop, Cinema, clothing stores, gift shops, etc... Most shops have reasonable price and accept visa/master card for payment. Bring cash just in case.

Average mall for shopping and some good restaurants

Great.. all products available because Watson 1 Borneo has large space

Actually watson used to be self-contained, but over time the store became smaller, the goods also decreased, there were only products that did not exist. Sometimes I have to commute to the guardian because I want to find a product. But for now, everyone is aware. It's 2021 now. Once upon a time, now another.

This is just a neighborhood shopping mall. I just recommend going to IMAGO in Kinabalu city.

The name "hypermall" does not really reflect the condition and facilities of the mall. The services provided in this mall are very poor. One example is that the escalator service, only half of the entire escalators are working. This is very inconvenient to elderlies like me especially walking up the stationary escalators, it is now became staircase not escalators. Secondly this mall is not customer friendly, there are stalls in between escalators which make shoppers to go around to go from one escalator to the other, where in fact they can go straight eg.in front of Parkson on 1st floor. A couple of bank(ATM) branches have closed which make more inconvenient to customers.eg. of shop/bank which have closed are CIMB and Daiso. Quality of lor tiles also poor. Once, I almost tripped due to the uneven tiles. These are very popular premises before they closed down. I have to give 1 star rating.

Looks like this mall is dying. Shops close one after another.

The largest shopping mall in Sabah. 15 minutes drive time from the city centre, there are some closed down shops, but it also offers a lot of choices in terms of eatery, clothing brands, shoes etc.

Collection of items, good food and reasonable price

can i find a shirt here, there are cheap garments sale, cloth for baju raya there is .. most best look wayang ...

One stop Hypermall. Got everything here... Hotel, movie, shopping, food, atm... Everything

Place is a bit run down. But other than that, still a decent spot to pass the time.
