A one stop shopping mall, one of the largest in Kota Kinabalu.

Idk, this place a bit gloomy. Not many shop available

All in one place in kk. You could shopping, dining, and stay at their in house boutique hotel. Easy on everything

It has a lot of eating places ranging from famous fast food eateries to local cuisine. Shops selling products also ranged from cheap to medium quality products but varieties are many.
You can almost find everything here. Parking space is abundant but dont be surprised when you arrived and see cars parked outside the shopping mall. May be the locals here prefer free parking.
Nice place to just waste your Sunday away

It's only 10 years but it looks run down. But the parking fee us cheap though.

1b is a great place for families looking to shop as it is the first shopping mall in borneo

A very suitable and relaxed place to buy related necessities. The staff is also kind and very helpful.

A big shopping mall. It's a little far away, so it's cheaper to use a dispatch app like Uber or Grab.

Near with my house, easy to get everything lije groceries, food, and more. Also available for shopping and entertainment.

Many escalator stairs are damaged and do not work. It's a pity to bring poor parents up the stairs. Bad management and role playing to solve problems.

One of the place where we can go for shopping with family

A hypermall but getting less like hypermall.
Toilet service charge should be eliminated.
The environmental hygiene needs more attention.

I can still find almost everything in and around 1B.

Great big place to shop and browse. Many big brands. FOOD at food court and CFC (Corner Food Cafe) is VERY EXPENSIVE . RM 5.70 for one rice and two vege. Thumbs down for that

Lots of elevators & travelators no fully functioning and some of Lift in that shopping mall also can t use.

Great place for shopping. But, recently many problem escalators...

If you have baby or toddler and find it hard to eat while bring them (thantrum) you should eat here..

The nearest mall from UMS. If you're a UMS student, than this will probably be your second home!

Really like it..we have it here..from kitchen items left personal stuff ... don't go anywhere else

Empty mall as a lot of business close down here its not like before. But its good for uni srudent nearby as they can get their needs here

Far different from the year 2010 with skg used to be very cheerful to visit here..skg very bland, enforcement x seems to control the environment outside & inside the mall..tsk mcm used to be very secure security..skg atmosphere is very quiet

Watson in one borneo hyper mall is very good but its position is very remote and quite difficult to find by customers.

I can get most of the products I'm looking for here. Recommended.
