Mixed experience. Friendly staff BUT I took a selection of designer shoes to the store to be placed on consignment. I had called previously to enquire. When I arrived, I was asked whether I had an appointment- No, when I'd called I hadn't been told I need one. Turns out they don't stock some of the brands I have. My recommendation is to call first and ask lots of questions about what you are looking to offer BEFORE you lug your items there. That was my mistake.

I could not recommend Blue Spinach more.
They are the ultimate in customer service, care and creating a wonderful shopping experience.
Their clothes are beautiful, with enough variety for everyone.
Their products are exactly as described and are so reasonably priced. Definitely the place to shop for beautiful and affordable high-end and luxury shopping.
Great for the environment, great for the bank balance and such a broad collection of rare and unusual items.
With my last purchase, i paid for express shipping. But due to the delays related to COVID-19 my delivery was a day late. Because of this, Blue Spinach refunded my delivery costs and PERSONALLY delivered my shoes (i live in the City). Jane went ABOVE AND BEYOND with all of my queries and questions.

I have been both a buyer and seller and have never been disappointed by my experience. Only items of the highest quality and authenticity are accepted (you won't find anything spoiled or marked!) and the owners' attention to detail is evident throughout the boutique. Great location and atmosphere and service is highly personable whilst discreet. Not to be missed if you appreciate some of the world's best designers and recyclable fashion at great prices.

I'd give it minus 5 start if it was available. How are they even allowed to trade, fake brands place rude staff looking down at customers. I usually buy new but thought it interesting to stop by.

Sensational Shop, Sensational Quality Goods, Sensational People!

My first experience with this company, I bought a Chanel ring. I found the team excellent to deal with and I loved the ring when it arrived. I am based in WA, the lady in the shop was very obliging in sending me a picture of the ring on her finger so I could get a good feel for how it would look and it arrived within a week of being ordered. Very happy with Blue Spinach.
