Many shops closed...seems need improve on lighting, not much food choices

Not much to comments coz no improvement on the retail shops around. Carpark fee should maintain rm3 even how long your in the mall like imago shopping mall.

The place was nice ,but its getting worse many shops closed stairs not working

It was formerly known as number 1 in Asia. Nice and clean shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu.

A fairly good place where you can shop for your daily necessities like groceries. Have a healthy mix of shops and restaurants perfect for weekend outing but the numbers are slowly dwindling, probably due to management.

This place good for bowling , laser tag , karaoke , shopping , face product , and finding good food .

This place was good back then.. now most of bank closed.. sorry.. all the branch bank closed. It's hard to find atm.. tell me what kind of shopping complex that provide 3 atm machines only?

Used to be good..now what u can find is non - functioning escalators

Biggest Mega mall in Sabah, but due to the lousy management, the mall is now look like a 40 years old mall....most of the shop moved out, the maintenance of the mall is suck.

Difficulty in finding my way around. Need more directory at the main exits of the mall. No overhead sign and directions showing where the atm and restrooms are. Machine for paying parking fees are lacking and not strategically placed. Not visitor friendly. Wide selection of shopping outlets. Playing hide and seek with the directory.

Wholefully a great place to go shopping and filled with numerous kind of delicacy at each restaurant would offer.On top of that , it has a place where you could bowl and play lots of fun games.A good place to spend time with families and friends

I like to go watson a lot, because you can get everyday use product in here, i always get my shampoo, shaving stuff, and also medicine like panadol and some candies.

Just nice to visit, the workers is not so friendly. Pura2 busy

This place is great for shopping, or just to hang out. Unfortunately, quite a lot of shops are closing recently. I wonder why? Also, there are a few rascals running around, playing with the escalators, and gambling with coins around the mall. It's really disrupting.

1Borneo Hypermall seems to be everyone' favorite shopping mall back on 2009 until 2015. But when Imago opens up to the public on early 2016, people at Kota Kinabalu are more focused on Imago and not on 1Borneo Hypermall anymore. I think it is maybe because of it's location. 1Borneo located outside the city center next to Universiti Malaysia Sabah and Alamesra while Imago shopping mall is in the middle of city center. At the time I went to 1Borneo on April 2018, there are so many shops closing down and many elevators are shutted down (to save electric consumption, maybe?). I think 1Borneo Hypermall lost it's attraction factor because many shops that originall here now moved to Imago (such as Branded Outlet and GAP)

The apartment was a good alternative for family stay

its okay. fancy shops, fancy brands, local, import, foods, entertainment, clothings, homewares and so on. events on going every festival, holiday, promotions and even mini concert.

huge shopping mall with good car parks. a very good cinema and clean surroundings.
