U can find all thing u wanted games, food, clothes, handbag

many of the escalator arent working. many shops are closed. the floor arent maintained.

Good place for entertaining, tmpt besar, ade tune hotel situ

Very spacious, comfortable, moderate crowd and a good hangout place at night. A lot of other shops around this place. However, you pay for the restroom.

It's a convenient mall for ums student. Quite often has expo and fair.

if you going there ensure that you poket is have money lol

The place is vast, but the place is too far and the traffic is not convenient.

Large mall with a very colourful varieties of mall,you can get almost everything here,plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets.Has a cinema and alot of entertainment. The mall has aged though and its apparent on the performance of the escalators and toilets(quite dirty and undermaintained) and the management doesnt seem to pick up the pace.But overall one of the best place to spend time with friends and family due to its sheer size.

It is one of the largest shopping malls in Kota Kinabalu and has a wide variety of products that make it a great choice ....

Good place to watch movies, shoping and with family,,

Family outings are best there. They have big prayer room for muslim to do prayer and good quality toilet although you have to pay RM 1.00

Go n buy ur own selection drugstore..its worth ur time,just ask the staff when need assistance bout products (MakeUp/body wash/skincare) ect..like, who doesn't know Watson right?

Situated in a poorly managed mall. Need a lot of $ to revitalise it.

well, i will say this place is good to chill and hangout..

Store where you can get your beauty/cosmetics stuff. They sell some medicine as well but not much. Basically, it s a place where you can buy stuff to take care of our body & life.

You can find your health n beauty stuff. But, they're always run out of stock. So need to hurry to purchase your needed la.

All facilities are available, but the location of the store is a bit blurry and difficult to find for the 1st timer. 1B headache find Giant

quite satisfactory. the hall for marriage as well as celebrating school activities like people can be used safely ..

Variety of shop available here even got entertaiment place such bowling ,movie etc...mall also have fitness centre

Great shopping mall for tourist that wish to visit UMS for the sunset and view as there are some hotel nearby. A great place for students too as they have all sorts of entertainment such as cinema, arcade game, karaoke place, 3d museum and bowling alley. Most of the escalator going down does not seem to work though. Maybe to save electricity. For the toilet, there are some that cost rm1 and some that cost 50 cents. Atm machine can be found at ground and lower ground floor. My only concern is that the parking fee has been increased and a some closed shops.

This shopping mall have variety of choice. Hotel, cinema, branded outlet, hypermarket, coffee shops & etc

The hotel is nice. Services is good. The staffs are all friendly. The only thing is that the view. Nothing to look forward too. Its just the view of the town.

all good. one thing spoil is just the escalator.. so many not working bah..

Easy parking ... next to Bataras & Multi Bake .. staff is okay ..
