Hypermall brings together a wide range of stores and services in one building

Most of the store are closed and the parking at the front of the shopping mall is expensive

Encountered several non-functioning escalators. Elevators are few and far in between. My mother has limited mobility and has a lot of difficulty climbing stairs. This mall is NOT disabled friendly. Nothing here sets it apart from any other mall and the accessibility issues ensure that we will not return.

Nice place to hang out. Got many shops. Expensive and moderate shops. Nice to bring family here lots of walking space not so crowded only when theres a sale or events. But got 1 problem. My advice to people who drove to this Mall becarefull when you park your car. Got lots off complain about people breaking into cars parked there. Dont park too far from entrance.

On holidays? Lets come here everything inside in one roof shopping while holidays

Good place to shop and for movies but beware of escalators that are often repair..

One Word. Shopping!!. All the way and have a good time with friends and family.

They have a lot of item but i do hope they produce back their skipping rope because a lot of places i have been go , can't match with watson skipping rope.

Great place to shop especially to those who stays nearby. Those who stays in kk area is not advisable to go here during peak hours (after office hours), MASSIVE TRAFFIC JAM!

Hard to find ATM machines. Clustered in one hidden place!

Pros:
The nearest fully functioned mall to Sepanggar and Telipok areas.
There are several hotels just besides the mall.

Cons:
You have to pay 50 cents for toilet entry yet the toilets are poorly maintained (seriously, in a mall?), with no tissues and soap for hand wash. Tissues can be purchased at the entrance when you pay the entry fee though.

It could get VERY crowded during weekends that finding a parking spot is almost impossible.

Very bad service. The staff sexual harassed my daughter. They don't even deserve one star

Ok to do shopping here can get most things but quiet far from main kk town

escalator not working in most area, maintenance abit poor no budget most probably... easy to find parking, shoping experience is ok can get most of the basic stuff here.. besides that everything seems ok

Always got stuck in this place whenever I came to 1B. The products are the best.

Many fancy / branded shops and many shops / kiosks are closed. Idk why. Bank service, postal (delivery only), stationery and entertainment are here.

This a huge mall but it only deserve 3 stars. The toilets are the most expensive but they are dirty, smelly and far apart. It does however have a few shops that you may want to patronize for various reason such as Parkson, Giant, H&M, Padini, etc., including the usual fast food outlet. For the basics, its a good one stop center but the mall is poorly maintain and managed. Most escalators do not work.

the mall was big and so comfortable with hotels near by so you can stay much longer
