Balance place where you can find almost your need here in different shop

Environment is very poor
Bad public order

during my visit the store wasn't well managed. Products in boxes were everywhere and it wa inconvenient to shop with limited spaces to walk caused by the boxes.

So many things you can find here. Especially ones to do with your hygiene.

Watson store 1borneo space and product better than guardian

Business location and accommodation in terms of location and service offerings.

Last visited : improvement on management. New shops opening. Ok

Perfect shopping mall to go to outside the city center, if you want to avoid traffic congestion this is the perfect place to go to, there are also 4 hotels that you can choose to stay, complete with everything a shopping mall have, massive parking space(ladies parking included), cinema, food outlets, etc..

For those who lives around Sepanggar, Telipok, Tuaran (Approx 20 -30 km away from city center) this is the shopping mall of choice.

Ahaa. Entering 1Borneo won't have a Watson coat. Someone entered the front door and left to see Watson. Buy what you like when it comes to money

Do not bring old people with broken joints and parents who bring little children to the mall as the elevator is NOT fully functional and the escalator here is a lot off, troublesome ..

There are many kinds of things to sell, and there are many guests.

A good place for accomodation and shopping in Kota Kinabalu. The shopping mall equipped with Bowl and Cinema.

If you want to buy cosmetic, makeup product better go to their Suria Sabah branch. My fav brand Wardah not available at 1b.

Its near for people who lives in the sepanggar area or from tuaran who doesnt want to drive far to kk city. It has a lot of well known shops and also moderate ones. A lot of restaurant and fast food franchise too. Theres a big giant supermarket inside for grocery. You can find almost everything here, from clothes, shoes, branded watches, jewelries, pharmacy, family amusement park and also a cinema. Theres a lot of parking outside or inside the building. But you will be charge rm6 outside and jockey will be ready waiting for you already.toilet if its the vip rm1 per entry it will be really clean but if its the regular toilet not that clean and sometimes dont have water. Atm machine is limited.. Sometimes you can see a long line up. Overall, its not as grand as it used to be but still a good place to go.by the way, a lot of the big brand shops already close.

Even though this hypermall not bigger as imago but it is still mall that really makes me enjoy times with my friend

A huge mall ... a live for UMS students... 10km from city centre

This mall is complete package. It has all the necessary stuff that you need including shoes, clothes, groceries, cinema, bowling, karaoke and many moreeee..

Toilet very limited, very far walk, small and need to pay Rm0.50, only 1 out of 2 lift is working, and the working lift is not working properly, stucked for a minute only move

Escalators mostly not working since 2 years ago. Elevators are also out of order, probably only about 4 works throughout entire mall.

The escalator always broke and the toilet is not nice

It has since downgraded to a cheap looking mall. Alot of escalators not working. Dirty. Lots of well known shops closed down.

More than just a beauty & makeup mall! Yes they have a great varitey of beauty and makeup shops, but there's also plenty of shops to buy clothes, gifts for friends and family, electronics and places to eat. Very large and not too busy, but busy enough. The only floor I wouldn't bother checking out is the top floor, besides from that the rest have plenty of variety. :-)

So sad that starbucks had closed down.. but glad that I found Tolo Tolo

Good mall, but the escalators and the elevators are just....so broken. Went here many times and i had a good experience. Also, parking at Entrance B is sooooo expensive...RM5 for an hour??? The place is also quite dirty..so please try to improve the mall...TQ

Tumblr, Tumble, Tumble, and their service is very cool, clean and very tidy

My honest review: This is one of the worst mall in Sabah. That's the thing, KK has no city planning, plus the construction of 1borneo is not really safe, cracks everywhere, the parking lot is bad, toilet is bad (one of the worst, and you still need to pay to smell all the smells), shops are closing down, the whole place has run down, escalators not working. The mall is not even an old. Even good old Centre Point has a proper parking lots and clean toilets. 1Borneo used to have a lot of branded shops and banks but now it s only selling phone cases, vapes, pirated movies. But they still have grocery store like Giant and chain restaurants. Okay to shop for some basic stuff. If you re on shopping spree or want to window shopping, this is not a right place for you.
