Many escalators are not functioning for more than a year already.. parking lots look so dull and gloomy, bad image and generally, not customer friendly.

This place is great for searching for households thing such as tissue, teeth brush, makeup and also perfume.. It also allowed us to use our debits card in case we have no spare money.. One thing i neeed to say is about the price tag.. One day my friend and i was searching for refreshing mask that a cheap but still good..and we noticed there a mask that cheap but a average mask but still good to the face.. The price say its rm 4.50 but then when we pay it says differently about the price and we pay far pricey than before..

You can find almost everything here, shop till you drop and you can also enjoy a movie too.

There are many shops and booths selling phone accessories, gaming tools and more. There is also a food restaurant. I like to go to a restaurant that sell mee laksa sarawak.

Need major improvement. A lot of escalator and lift not working and dirty toilets.

It's are interesting place to go for shopping. When I want to buy things, I will go to one Borneo Hypermall.

Old mall very dark inside. Outside need parking fee rm 5 per park.

though it is quite far still worth the visit..yang penting SURAU ada..alhamdulillah..branded shoplot,bookstore,kidstore,huge arcade games,ada 2 tingkat..even adult pun kesiukan..selalu ada events...overall BEST la..

Every toilets need to pay Rm 0.50 or Rm1.00....but toilet still worst

The place have so much lesser shops compared to what it used to be 3 years ago. It's quite deserted.

This mall is okay except a few problems such as misfunction escalator, poor surroundings, low atmosphere, and not so well maintained here. Needs more improvement for this big mall.

Many shoplot have been closes . also atm and bank close. maybe it can be shutdown

Best shopping place only the road location far away from KK town

The mall is balanced with entertainment, shops and food galour!

Very large shopping center where you can shop all day

Its quite frustrating to see MNG and Esprite no longer here.... Used to be my 1 stop mall to shop... Despite, still quite good to stay with kids, there are Kidzoona and 3D museum.. And easy to find foods here....

Once upon a time when 1b was plg femes, everything was awesome there. But now dia mcm gloomy sikit. Suram & gelap..

Lots of vacants lots available..food at upperstar reasonable and big portions.

The mall was strategic, its a little far away from kota kinabalu but there are always an uber/grab to get there. They have cinema, shoes and clothes shops, KFC,Mac D, all sort that stuff and they have hotel from cheapest to expensive hotels beside it.

A great place for student, couple etc to purchase goods, have fun and promotion for students that been provide. Besides that, a lot of exciting activities and event for the visitor to experience different culture, promotion and other to attract people especially tourist.

Same like others Watson but in here their sale assistant are friendly

Used to be the largest but the management is not doing a great job in maintaining the building. Not to mentioned the RM1 toilet and yet it is not the cleanest toilet u find in Sabah.

Its hard to find maps in the mall, easily to lost ur track.. less stall that could entertain ur eyes

It only has 1 atm, so u need to queue more than 20 min on peak hour
