My honest review: This is one of the worst mall in Sabah. That's the thing, KK has no city planning, plus the construction of 1borneo is not really safe, cracks everywhere, the parking lot is bad, toilet is bad (one of the worst, and you still need to pay to smell all the smells), shops are closing down, the whole place has run down, escalators not working. The mall is not even an old. Even good old Centre Point has a proper parking lots and clean toilets. 1Borneo used to have a lot of branded shops and banks but now it s only selling phone cases, vapes, pirated movies. But they still have grocery store like Giant and chain restaurants. Okay to shop for some basic stuff. If you re on shopping spree or want to window shopping, this is not a right place for you.
