Biggest shopping mall in town but pretty poor service from management

Best place for window shopping. A lot food kiosk provide fast food..

Very big space but the occupied lots are quite sparce. Good place for UMS students and nearby people buy stuff here.

A perfect mall for shopping and eating. Parkson, Kamdar, Familia, Popular, Mr. DIY, Homeware, Giant are star outlets. H&M is quite popular also. For foodies this is a heaven. The best Nandos and Pizza hut of KK are here. For Mc Donald's and KFC you need to be in ques most of the time. During Holidays Kenny Roger's Rooster is also very busy. The Malaysian delicacy Secret recipe and Kota Kinabalu's own fast food restaurant Upperstar are other two favorites of the market. The nyonya's house delivers melaccan delicacy. Few Chinese restaurants are also crowded for their own specialty. Last but not the least Nur Balqis is famous for Indian food. GSC is often houseful and causes traffic jam in front of the mall.

Has everything what you need but not a fancy place, a bit old

Used to be a popular mall but now ovetaken by Imago. A bit far from the city centre.

Just fine shopping. There is also a supermarket, which is very convenient

This place is looks different than before. Restroom are quite expensive and smelly though, elevator not working, not like any other mall in KK. Here you feel like you are in Pasar.

Great place, something is always happening here. A move by the owner to attract more customer, of course. The shop there range from low to high quality standard so it basically has everything for everyone. If you are adventurous, there is also a section where it was completely devoid of shop or anything. Only littered with some guys chilling around.

Nice place. Recommend it.

The facilities can be improved.non-functioning escalator are everywhere.

Not really much in the way of Fashion Stores or even Gift Shops...

Always buy my personal needs here. Vitamins, etc. Prices wise is average and you can overbuy something if you really go all over the store looking for the items you might need or want.
So just be a wiser customer. Jualst buy something you really need it rather buy it but you don't use it.

One of the best market of that area. But not so good. Better you can visit central mall kk

Parking increase to RM3, toilet - RM0.50, Vip toilet - RM1 but still smelly, some excalator not work.

It is a very suitable place for the whole family shopping or having day out.

I stayed at a hotel connected to the mall, but the mall had a supermarket, a drugstore, clothes, shoes, and so on. You don't have to worry about eating. There are several shops where you can receive a massage, and the Thai massage worked.

This place is massive but not really interesting place to have fun..

1 quiet peaceful quiet is perfect for the whole family shopping.
