I ll be totally honest if you don t have insurance don t go here. If you are dying 100%, have insurance and have no other option then ok. Otherwise stay away from this hospital. Go to an open clinic which will break down what you will be charged for service. Eisenhower will charge you a hospital fee and a doctor fee which is usually outrageous and inaccurate. I was also misdiagnosed and was seen for a total of 15 min.(waited nearly two hours) didn t see a doctor just a P.A. who gave me a medication that didn t work and shoved my butt out the door.

Avoid at all costs! I'm from Oregon and was visiting family for a week over Spring break. The day we were supposed to fly out, there was a severe wind storm and my flight was canceled. Due to Spring break, there was no flights for 6 days. I take medication for chronic pain and was going to go 6 days for with no medicine! Everyone knows that you can't go off pain medication cold turkey or you'll be super sick! My Dr's office told me to go to the ER as they couldn't call a controlled substance in over State lines. This place was terrible, they didn't even make an attempt to help me! My DR verified my medication, dosage and everything and they didn't care. The lady Dr was asking me all kinds of rude questions about why i took pain medicine...what's it to her anyways!!
They said there was nothing they could do. I was very clear from the beginning why I was there and if they weren't going to do anything, why did they even check me in!! So they could bill me, that's why! Luckily I was able to get in to a pain clinic later that day and they helped me, no thanks to Eisenhower ER!!!! The lady actually told me they don't prescribe medication there!!!! Haha, what kind of ER is that. This place was a joke! Definitely not paying this bill.

OMG. Just TRY to schedule a CT scan with them. NO live person answers the phone there. Do they not have money for a scheduling staff? Do they need me to pitch in to pay to hire one? If you are used to Cedars, or Huntington in Los Angeles, youre going to be in shock at the attitude and lame ness of having to leave a voice mail and " wait " for their precious call me to MAYBE get your appt for an urgent CT. This hospital is in insurance mill that is laughing all the way to the bank and they DONT CARE about people or their needs at ALL. Shame on them.

Emergency room is horrible. No Neurologist in house. Was visiting from outta state, was having a MS flare up all they did was give me a EKG and took some blood. Still haven't seen a ER doctor and still waiting!!!

This hospital was Dedicated in 1971 in honor of Dwight D Eisenhower, our distinguished 34th President, who lived part time in the valley during his retirement years. In 1969 Bob Hope's wife Dolores spearheaded the formation of the Eisenhower Medical Center Auxiliary, a group which grew from a handful of people into one of the most successful volunteer and philanthropic organizations of its kind in the world. There are names on buildings, and plaques everywhere, including elevators, honoring donors to this, 130 acre, not-for-profit institution. It was recently rated in the top 100 hospitals nationwide. In the past 17 years my wife and I have received wonderful medical care by Doctors and staff here. On our recommendation members of our extended family have traveled here, from out of state, for surgical procedures. We all agree Eisenhower is a classy Five Star Medical Center.

This is a great hospital. The staff are wonderful and know their job well. Yes the wait can be long, but depending on your condition. Big kudos to you! I was there yesterday and received excellent analysis and care. Thanks so much. It s too bad that some reviews are so low. I would love to send you to a hospital in Eastern Europe, you would probably give it a minus 20. Charlotte

AWFUL service at Emergancy room. Brought my friends grandma who had a bad fall and broke both hands with a 10 on the pain scale and Waited an hour to fill out paper work, after finally being brought back and having vital signs taken which were critical- waited TWO HOURS for a doctor who SAY ON HIS PHONE in the next room looking at "cool" and "gory" x rays. Waited for fast track care and got nothing in return. When the nurses and desk clerks paid attention to the fact that we were still waiting they fought about the fact that the doctor (who was sitting there oblivious to the situation) they finally asked him to immediately see us and he got up frustrated, and walked away. The nurse then proceeded us to send us BACK TO THE WAITING ROOM to see a DIFFERENT doctor and said we would be the first name called out.. Here we sit with another 20 minutes with her pain climbing and the swelling getting worse and we have seen no one.

RUDE RUDE RUDE .... SWITCHBOARD AND SCHEDULERS "ladies" they hang up on patient, scheduler does not return the phone calls, for the whole week trying to reschedule appointment, leaving phone messages ... no where to go except: find other cardiolog... GOOD LUCK TO ME!

STAY AWAY!!! these people will bill 10 times as much as anyone else. It's happened twice on 2 different procedures . Both procedures are 1500 anywhere else and they hit me for 10000. If you put up a fight they will discount it, maybe. Let it go to collection and you can get a 30% discount at that time. DON'T PAY THEIR INVOICE! let it go to collection first! Ike would not approve of the unscrupulous surprise billing!! They should not be using his name!

This is a beautiful facility. If you are fortunate enough to be able to plan your hospital stay in advance, you should have no problem. If on the other hand, you arrive via the emergency room your chances of receiving quality care on a timely basis take an exponential nose dive. You can expect to be there for QUITE some time. Waits of seven hours or more are not unusual. Then to be misdiagnosed only to wind up at Loma Linda having major surgery. I have been unfortunate enough to have experienced this facility as a patient and as a family member of a patient. It is starting to resemble a Third World country in this emergency room. The notable difference being you would be treated with more dignity and respect in the Third World. My family is under strict instructions that I am never to be brought to this emergency room unless I am not conscious to object. I have had much better experiences a few minutes away at Desert Regional.

All of the care that one might imagine from such a prestigious institution.
The medical staff, housekeeping, dietary as well as Social services showed themselves to be knowledgeable & patient.
As I was able to observe the campus during an extended period, I feel that Eisenhower Medical Center is a excellent facility.. . Oncology, especially, all have been professional, empathetic and patient.

Came here for an emergency. Ended up leaving ama because it took 3 hours for an x ray and to draw labs. Ended up with a bill for 600 bucks. EMC LIED about not having my insurance information. Now I'm stuck with a bill. What do you guys do? besides count my money.

Emergency room staff was terrible, including the doctor and the triage nurses. You can do your job efficiently and still be nice to patients, regardless if they re overworked or not, we go for help and we re already feeling terrible. We do not need people that we re trusting to be rude and inconsiderate with us. Plus the doctor said she was going to send my grandma for a CT scan, we waited for an hour and a half, called the nurse to ask if she was going to have the scan done and the nurse said they d get to her when they could. We called after another hour and come to find out the doctor hadn t even put the order in. Very inefficient and rude staff, cannot stress it enough.

Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, Ca
Due to census issues for this hospitals area they have decided to cut all travelers contracts early !!! Understandable......HOW EVER......not paying out completion bonus to US ALL because the contracts are cut at 11 weeks instead of 13 weeks !!! It's really messed up !!!
The only upside is they are giving a 2 weeks notice so we can get other contracts and figure out our housing !!!
In all, the hospital made some really bad decisions !!!!
To top it all off the patients are not treated well except if you are VIP in Ranker!!!!

Worst experience since I started traveling !!! Very unprofessional and disorganized!!!

Used to be the best in the desert all the way around. Now the ER is a joke. The nurses there that handle intake are rude and on a power trip. Had to wait there 5 hours just to get ct scan after a high blood pressure reading and on the verge of stroke. Not to mention having to get bit up by the bed bugs that infested the waiting room chairs/sofas. I never saw a doctor I had 2 nurses that were giving me different info, and didn't really know what was wrong with me so they just gave me percocet... This isnt the only time I had a problem with ER a month prior same thing with the nurse at intake, this time my 10 yr old daughter who had been to a hospital in another city, had a ct scan showing a small mass in the brain days before. While visiting the area she had 9+ pain headache. I explained to the nurse everything about the visit to the other hospital and the results. And she said I should take her back to that hospital and pretty much argued with me before finally letting us register. Then told us to wait. Which was for 2 1/2 hours and the ER wasn't really busy it was a slow night. A few people came in after us and were seen before us... Sucks that EMC is now like what Desert used to be.

I entered EEC at 5:00 pm. I sat until 11:00 ,No triage , no water, no concern. At 12:00 urine and blood test. I sat with the same group of people all that time. No one had any tests or assistance. The room is reminiscent of a third world clinic. Surely, testing and evaluation could occur in a more timely fashion. I suggest they use a local lab. If need be in the future I will go to Desert Regional, they do have staff and services.l

I have been a patient at EMC twice. Once in August, 2010 under the care of many Drs. but first and foremost Dr. Hassan K Bencheqroun, who was the most wonderful Dr. I have ever encountered. Although he threw all my supplements away (hehe), I still love him. I was in the hospital for one week and probably experienced help from every nurse and most Doctors, they were wonderful.
I was back in the hospital in April of 2011 for the same problem but only for one night and experienced the same wonderful treatment. IN fact I won't go to another hospital. I believe I was one of Dr. Benchegroun's first patients. If I could have him as a Primary care Dr. I would love it.

Terrible service... Rude behavior toward patients... I was there 9:00am untill2:00pm. Just for fever.
Arten giving my daughter ipobrophine, the fever was gone at the first 45 minuts, but I was waiting for doctor to come and see my daughter untill 2:00. In between I was asking them about doctor. The stuff told me you have to wait maybe 30 minuts, but still nobody came... This is a shame for a hospital to do not know how many times they enter in and ask patient's information. The most disorganized hospital ever even though they were really slow and very few patients were there.

Please part me for spelling errors, it is becaus of my device.

After warding off Atrial Fibrillation for 12 years I went to emergency after having an episode on 3/12/20. I gave the staff a detailed history of my living with this condition off and on for 50 years. ( I had 7 cardio conversions in my 50's). THEY LISTENED. The emergency Doc and nurses were wonderful and treated me like the well informed patient that I am. This gave me great confidence. The cardio version procedure went perfectly and I was home again in 3 hours. Thanks again to a great team!

ER always provides bad service!

ER always provides bad service!
Awful, rude, and lazy staff! From the registration staff to the nurses, to the physicians! I went to the ER on a few occasions and always feel the same way walking out! I can't believe how horrible and lazy staff is. I waited 8 hours and had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer, while the nurses at the nurses station and the ER physician sat and joked around cussing and saying ignorant things I waited in my room and never got seen. I use to work at this very hospital so I know when staff is "bullshiting" and I already knew I wouldn't been seen for more hours to come so I left. The only person who was awesome was the transporter ! Someone who appreciated his job and didn't take advantage, apparently nurses and physicians think their gods and patients ain't worth their time they only assist to get a damn check. Sad!

I had an appointment to see a doctor. When I showed up, they had no record of the appointment even though I had a card with the appointment written on it. They did nothing to get me in to see the doctor and only offered me an appointment in two weeks. Hopefully they get it right this time. No customer service skills in the medical field.

Greed greed greed! Their number 1 goal is not patient care but how much can they can get from the patient or from the patient's insurance company. Incompetent emergency doctors, have no clue, stupid and lazy!

5 star experience in the ER on Saturday 11/12/2016. Dr. Romness did a perfect job of diagnosing and treating my heart flutter. Then needed to go to the Cardiologist on duty, Dr. Vuthoori. He also did an excellent job. Was in the hospital for 2 full days, and the nursing staff also gets 5 stars for extremely competent care.

Eisenhower Health is not only a great place to work. It is an amazing opportunity to make an intangible impact on the lives of extraordinary patients. The enrichment of the culture is definitely of a different caliber. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for excellent health care services and a beyond satisfactory experience. I am so fascinated by the impact that Eisenhower Health has made on the lives of others here in Coachella valley.

In general, I've been very pleased with the quality of care at Eisenhower.

I have chronic heart and lung problems. When I first moved here, I was taken to the E.R. at Desert Regional. I swore I'd die in the gutter before I went back. What a HORRIBLE place!

Then I found out my insurance covered my using Eisenhower. I've been going there ever since, and to an EXCELLENT Eisenhower doctor, Bruce Ferguson, MD, at the Rimrock clinic.

And what a beautiful facility!

They really go the extra mile for patients.

I hope none of our travel friends ever require medical / emergency help. If you find yourself in need in the Coachella Valley, you couldn't do better than Eisenhower Health. The main campus is on Bob Hope Dr. in Rancho Mirage, but the satellite facilities , including urgent care clinics, are all over the Valley.
Over the past few years I and my wife have to spend more time under their care then I would wish for anyone. However, you will surprised at the pleasant atmosphere, professionalism, and outstanding attitude of the staff. Sorry, I couldn't say the food is great but, apart from the cuisine you will can not get better treatment from any other area medical service. Oh, BTW, they are networked into every medical discipline you can think of. Whatever your need, they have it.

My grandma had to be sent to the Hospital via the ambulance, she cried for help (she needed to pee and she was on the hospital bed) No doctor came to help. She cried and yelled for help and all the doctors passed through her door without any doctor with any concern. She peed on the bed until a nurse came to check up on her, and my grandma was asking if the nurse could call her family members and she said that THEY LEFT AND SHE IS INCHARGE AND DOESNT CARE. The Nurse had to check up on her legs (her injury) and the WOMAN SAID PUT UP YOUR LEGS! and my 85 year old grandma politely said "'ma'am, it hurts can you help meInjust can't " then the Nurse yells back YES YOU CAN I DONT CARE QUICK!!! This hospital makes me sick just by hearing the name!!

We are been in this hospital for the last couple days, and we didn't receive other than just tender love and the best service from the staff. My baby daughter was diagnosed with pneumonia caused by influenza virus, they have been taking care of her and my wife like they were in a 5 star hotel. They both are vegetarian, and the staff brought meal with vegetarian options. Thank you Maria, Rosa, Kristen, Sergio, D Groves, and unfortunately we don't remember the Dr in emergency, but all of them who work in the 4th floor have been very professional.

Thank you!

First class hospital in every way. Staff and medical attention was superb.
Thank you for being so attentive to my dad, Marvin. I am appalled to hear the disheartening stories of others about Eisenhower. First of all, it is NOT really a maternity hospital. It really does cater to the senior population, although an emergency room is still an emergency room. Service was perfect, they didn't as my dad nor my mom when she went in the type of insurance they had to qualify them for good care. It's shame such back publicity.

My sister is currently in the ICU at Eisenhower. This is the best hospital! They brought her back from the brink of death. The doctors and nurses there are the best! You can tell they came from the top of their classes. Their are experts in their given fields, and it shows. They are knowledgeable, thorough and they take the time to explain to you what is going on. Even the security personnel is very conscientious and caring. If you have a loved one who is critically ill, don't take them to Desert - they will die. Take them to Eisenhower if you want them to live. Really.

Such a bad ER waited with my husband because he had signs of a heart attack we were there waiting after they did all test from 8:00 am- 8:00 pm ridiculous. Besides all the wait half of staff are extremely rude they seem like they do not care about the patients that come in and that are in pain. The ER staff are insensitive to people that need help. Nurses should be hired if only they are going to do there job with care, to care for there patients. I understand the ER could be a very stressful area to work in but please have patience for these people that are sick. When a patient comes in ER we like to feel like we are getting took care of with respect and sensitivity towards our situation. I would really appreciate if a patient relation staff member would contact me for further concerns.

My father was brought here and treated for a stroke, during this hard time of pandemic there was a lot of uncertainty and concerns. However, the staff and nurses from Eisenhower hospital were great, friendly, went beyond to ensure my father received extraordinary care. They went beyond their duty to help my father get a temporary charger for his cellphone and even took the time to teach him how to face time to communicate with us. My father had just recently been introduced to a smartphone. I am so grateful to everyone from his social worker Lillian, case worker Terry, and all his nurses I am sorry I can't recall everyone name but I recall speaking to Norma several times and she was amazing. Thank you all for the extraordinary work you do. my God bless you all

Waited 3 hrs to get a room in the back of the emergency department the male nurse came in once and caused me more pain than what I was in to begin with and nurse never came back, I didn t see a doctor once and they had me in a bed waiting for 4hrs while I was literally crying due to the pain the nurse caused therefore I left the hospital worse than when I went I m all I gotta say is expect a lawsuit and I have witnesses to the nurse causing me more pain

I had awful experience at eisenhower during my stay at Eisenhower Medical center. Some of the nurses were very nice some were mean ,just downright mean and unprofessional. They were trying to put a very painfuk medicine through my IV . Then 3 white nurses men and 1 mean white nurse were trying to find a vein just making a pen cushion out of me, then 1 nurse told me he would take my upper dentures if I would not let them run this medicine through me. Well eventually I fell asleep I put my dentures in the little cup they provided me to clean them. Well the dentures were gone the next day, They could have told me they would restrain me, but to take my dentures was was truly wrong. Now my appearance is awful ,it is hard to eat a lot of things I used to eat, now I cant. A gentlemen named Kevin Jones in patient hospital relations said he would give me a call the next day, it has been a week or 2 and no calls from Kevin or anyone from the hospital, as much money as they charge, insurance companys and myself 20% ,it is truly wrong . They had told me they would not replace the cost of the new ones I have to buy myself. I do not recommend a stay at this hospital.

Sitting here in emergency room with my husband since 1.30 pm. Still waiting for an MRI. We were informed that we have 3 more hours to go. Truly unacceptable for a hospital of this size to have 1 MRI in the emergency room. If we weren't from out of town, I would be out of here like a bat out of hell! Staff also is rude with little or no follow-up during the day. The after 7pm staff appears to be better, although the jury is still out. Once the MRI is taken, we will then have to go back in the room and await the results. Probably be out of here by 3am. Over 12 hours at any hospital is tragic.

Debbie (at the switchboard) was SO RUDE it was disgusting. Simply called them back after missing a call. And this Old crabby hates her life lady answers and raises her voice to me because i didn't know exact test needed to be done (because im not a F***ing doctor). she couldnt help me. Screamed at me that there was 2500 people and doctors and she didnt know how to help me without the doctors name!? are u kidding me!? ive waited over a month for this test and now looks like ill have to find another place to go! Thanks for actually caring about peoples health...Would not recommend anybody to this facility where this devil lady works!

Staff was not gentle or caring when moving our family member during a routine procedure. He experienced alot of pain when they moved him and he was ignored when he told them to be careful. Desert Regional Medical Center has performed the same procedure in a very caring way with the least amount of trauma. But because of insurance reasons we had to go to EMC.

How can you run a hospital without a functioning CT machine! You prolong my family members medical treatmet due to broken CT machine! Where s your backup plan most hospitals bring in mobile CT trailers. Instead you cause my family member more pain and suffering! Shame on you Eisenhower Hospital!

I had a Angiogram done, was told must the Surgeon,
appointment was scheduled so I can discuss my options with the physician.
I waited two weeks after my Angiogram, finally I was given a appointment with the heart surgeon.
Yesterday I received a phone call from the heart Surgeons staff member canceling my appointment for today.
No explanation was given other than go and see your Cardiologist he will relate the message from the Heart Surgeon, very unprofessional.

I still don t know what my options are, all I know I have 100% blockages in my adores.
My point is avoid Eisenhower Hospital you possibly could jeopardize your life.
They have no follow up, no explanation to your illness.
The surgery team is a joke, it s all about making lots of money, living with beautiful weather all year and playing golf.

This is a fake hospital all the way around. They are not interested in helping people they are interested in conning rich people out of money to build and build on their property to make it as high end looking as possible. They continue to build their wealth not helping people but conning rich addled elderly out of their money. The ER is the worst at Eisenhower. Don't go to the ED department as your life is valuable. Instead go to Desert Regional. Many doctors work at both hospitals but the nurses are honest at Desert Regional. The Eisenhower ER nurses are liars and can't be trusted.

Horrible billing- after taking our son to the ER- my husband provided them with our insurance upon arrival- we received a bill in the mail, stating no insurance was processed. I called multiple times and left messages indicating we did in fact have insurance and left our information. I finally got through to a live person and they indicated it would be processed. It never was and then they sent the bill to collections and I m currently trying to figure out how to get it off my credit due to their neglect in not filing the claim with the insurance information we provided. What. A. Nightmare.

Thursday, February 23rd my husband was sent to Eis...

Thursday, February 23rd my husband was sent to Eisenhower ER from the Eisenhower on Washington & MIles as they thought he might have something wrong with his Gallbladder. He checked in at the desk to be seen by a doctor and told to go sit down. He texted me and said he was there so I left work and went to the ER. Upon arrival I was told he had left. I said, "He would not do that". Then they took me to a booth to talk to someone else who looked on the computer and said, He left. Again I said he would not leave. I texted him and he was having a Cat scan. When he came out we went and sat for a long time until they called him for blood work. Again we saw no one. After 5 1/2 hours we told them we were leaving and they had us sign a consent to leaving. It doesn't end there.
Friday they called him and said, "We don't like your blood work come back". He went back into the ER and they ended up admitting him for an infection, possible in his Gallbladder. A really long story short a week today he is still in the hospital and I have only met one of the Doctors.
He had some complications trying to clear up the infection. Not once did anyone call me, his wife to explain anything. Last Saturday they tried to do a procedure on him and he had an irregular heart beat so they stopped. They were able to regulate his heart by the next day. We waited around for another two days before they were able to get the stones removed from his bile duct.
Again no one kept us in the loop and I have never met the doctor who did the procedure or ever been given his name. After cleaned out the stones out of his bile duct he now needed his gallbladder removed which took another two days to get that done.
After the Gallbladder was removed the other doctor came out and told me he thought he could see some more stones in the bile duct. Now it has been two more days and we are waiting for them to fit him in to have a stent put in his bile duct so if there are stones they will be able to go out into the duodenum.

This all could have been done at the same time if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing. He is waiting to be taken in for the procedure but there are 12 people in the room waiting too. This could have been taken care of in most hospital in a few days not over a week. This could have been done in three days if they had talked to each other.
If you are thinking of going to a hospital for an emergency this is not the one you want to go to.

Had an outpatient MRI for headaches and arm numbness. Within 30 min I received a call from my PCP to go to the ED because I had a clot in my brain. I've been to several hospitals' ED waiting rooms and this one was very quick. I saw several doctors, all of which explained to me exactly what was happening, diagnosing me with severe anemia as well as the stroke, then had a small wait for Covid test results before being admitted.

I was lucky to not have lasting symptoms, but they brought a physical therapist and occupational therapist to evaluate me anyway. The floor nurses were very kind and helpful. I wish I were allowed visitors but glad they were taking appropriate Covid precautions. I was discharged the next afternoon and have felt much better since.

I can't believe the lack of communication between patient and this business. I can't stress this enough, if you have insurance with a separate hospital.. like Kaiser. Your looking for a headache of problems. I have been dealing with billing for over a year because Eisenhower Medical Center couldn't process my medical information from when I had given them at the ER. I have disputed billing that took over 6 months and now I just received another bill from over a year ago through a collection agency. This is the first time I was notified of this bill. I called Eisenhower and they claim I owe a separate bill (Physician Bill) that wasn't processed through my insurance. Kaiser has no record of this bill and this leaves me in a very vulnerable situation. I will never go here again!

Is it really procedure or protocol to call someone to the back and have them sit on a bed in the hallway right by the nurses station? Like no privacy at all when speaking to a nurse about what is wrong or why i am here. Very unprofessional

Had a knee Replacement three years ago at Eisenhower and everyone was so caring and attentive! I will be getting a procedure on my other knee. I have no worries or hesitations, as a matter a fact, I am looking forward to the procedure. My Doctor was excellent ( Dr. G.Desantis DO) I would recommend him to anybody. E.G.

This nurse has no compassion
Get another job if you are to scared tired etc to be a nurse
Covid doesn't give them the right to treat people this way

Dr patel's office lacks customer service skills in the most HUGEST of ways. Last month my mother had an appointment and was summarily kicked out after waiting for HOURS over a sip of water, which she was informed she could have with her morning medications. Her appointment was set for 1:30 and she's type 1 diabetic, sensitive to changes in her medication and was not allowed to take her morning insulin. They said she could take a sip with her other medications and she did so in accordance to their instructions.

Following couple days, dr sontz's office called and resolved the next appointment to be earlier (by 2 hours) because of their ignorance the first time around. That was today at 1130am. Apparently Dr patel decided to change this appointment to the 23rd, 2 days after her follow up with dr sontz, just so he could see ONE patient for the day. Linda, patels scheduler, was very rude and offered no solutions to the problem or reasons why we were NOT contacted in any way about the change in appointment.

Highly recommend this office undergo retraining and take customer service classes to rectify this and definitely warn further patients from going to this particular office. Haven't had a problem with others as yet, but this one takes the cake in rudeness and laziness.

My husband recently had surgery. Everyone was super great, from the front desk to the people who brought his food. His nurse Crystal on the 4 North was the best, she was so awesome and let me tell you I have had a lot of experience with hospitals and nurses. Thank you Crystal. Thank you all for the care my husband received.

Emergency room: After getting tests done.. That was pretty much busy work. We were told well be in to see a doctor next. So far is been over 2 hours and no call back for a doctor. As for being nonprofit hospital. The doctors they use in the ER are very much pro-profit. So far we have three doctors, from previous ER visits, that turned us over to collections because they did not bill Cigna promptly and were denied the claim. But they pursued us anyway. If you accept an insurance and the processes they require, but don't follow them. Then suffer the consequences. Hire more competent staff that can get the billing done timely.

To Eisenhower Hospital CEO -
Nurse Kim Marrion-Monahan who represents Eisenhower Hospital according to her Facebook posts offensively wrote a one star review on my business page today asking if I offer "face massage".
Kim Marrion-Monahan is not a client, she has never visited my day spa and I have never personally met her. I find it offensive that she maliciously rated my business without being a client and works for Eisenhower Hospital where my family receives care.

Amazing hospital and staff. Recently arrived to ER in agony feeling 20% of myself. Discharged a day later feeling almost 100%. Comfortable private rooms and a very attentive, personable nursing staffing team from ER through admission. This RN would definitely return if given the choice.

They don't call this place "Eisendollar" for no reason. If you do not have insurance, or have state Medi-Cal, DON'T COME HERE! They don't give to craps about you, and only care about making money.

We brought my brother to Eisendollar when he passed out at work. Dr. Tang was a great doctor, and found a brain tumor on my brother's pituitary gland. The next day, my brother passed out again, this time he was unconscious for several minutes, and foaming from his mouth. We asked the paramedics to take him back to Eisendollar since he had just been there the day before, we felt they would provide the best service since they had all his information and scans from the day before. Boy were we wrong!!!

Not only did they put ANOTHER PATIENTS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND RUN SHEET IN MY BROTHERS ROOM (HUGEEEE HIPPA VIOLATION), the ER doctor was HORRIBLE! My brother's fingers and lips had been numb for over 36 hours. We told him about my brother's brain tumor, he did nothing. Didn't do an MRI to verify if the tumor was causing issues. They discharged him and told him to go to the county hospital in MORENO VALLEY to have an EEG done to see if he had a seizure. They should have done the EEG there, but didn't want to provide services because my brother had Medi-Cal, and they wouldn't make good money from him. I wish we would have taken him to JFK, because they would have given him the services he required.

I will NEVER go back to this hell hole hospital that only cares for rich patients!!!
