Visited the company in Thane One Corp Park. Deep inside the entrance gate. Registration process takes time. But good upcoming corporate space.

OCS is a great company to be associated with weather as an employee or as an client or as an associate. How can a company of OCS standard b a bad this is based on some bad reviews bcoz u may have problems with your seniors or colleagues but OCS as got system and open door policy to solve all your problems. They concentrate on business growth and to achive this they require all associates frm junior to director level like u. All the best to all of u.

My husband was working for this company for 3yrs but due to lack of supervision & mis-communication with the supervisor at the grand Hyatt site he was told to resign,he resigned in the month of sept,but they didn't release the sept month salary+bonus & PF.when asked the supervisor he said to contact the company,went to the OCS office(Thane),thrice but the staff delivered wrong information.& It's very irritating every time v go or try to contact v get incorrect information.i understand that for full&final cheque it takes 45days after submitting the resignation,but it's 2mnths now we haven't got any update.please try to give Ur employees correct information.N also the staff from the grandhyat site takes ID proofs to update on the EPFO site by dey don't update because of which we face problems later & they don't inform also.from past 10days we are trying to loggin the UAN ID bt because of the servor issue we are wasting lot of time.can v fill offline PF forms & submit at the PF office.???? My name is Md Afaque I'm a former employee of OCs it's a best place to improve our talent OCs gives u better environment than other MNC company after 2 year work in ocs I worked for blue star at Pune Cummins India limited,and then went to Oman as service engineer maintenance work for Hvac ,so OCs experience always helped me , now I am in Pune again I want to be part of OCs ,I'm preparing interview to give my best as employee .
This company tell you he give you this and this etc ..if you joined then he say clean and he say go and get another work the work you dont no...and he say we will call you but he dont especially....Augustine Thomas
