Jjust head to the 3rd Level without even thinking. Its worth every penny! Beware of Pick pocketing and scammers nearby. Keep your phones inside your bags as there will be a lot of crowd. Ooher than that.. Just enjoy the breathtaking view of Paris! Lines can move quicker though.. can be a problem if theres way too many ppl.

Iconic and engineering wonder... Must visit... If you are young or you feel like and want to enjoy it,take the stairs first 2 floors then elevator to the top.

Try in each stop to check the tower information, nice and useful

For me, Eiffel Tower will always be one of the most beautiful landmarks in the world, no matter what time you visit it.

You can go climb up or take on the elevator to reach the top but I suggest you to take the elevator. The lights are really impressive at night, making you wouldn't want to stop taking pictures of it. But the best way to take pictures with this tower is using it as background from the ground.

If you want to see the city view from the top, Eiffel Tower offers you good view but not the best. I prefer Arc de Triomphe instead.

At night, or during the day, the Eiffel Tower looms over mere mortals as a testament to the aspirations of Gustave Eiffel, and a promise that if you dare to be as technically undaunted as you want to be, you can build eternal tombstones (so to speak) in your name.

It is nearly impossible to look at the tower without feeling some reverence (and I did look at that tower, a lot of the time!). To think that it is one of several monuments by the man!

Though it serves as a backdrop to many a romantic sightseeing photo, I think it is truly a reminder of the greatness of man. Little Wonder it is one of the Seven (now eight?) Wonders. Haha.

A really busy, touristy experience, but one you have too do when you re there. It s lovely to just walk around at sunset, as the colours and the overall look and feel of the tower change from morning to afternoon to night. We loved watching it sparkle at night and at sunset watching it change with some food and wine. It was a really nice experience.

Only downside is that they ve built a glass wall around the tower. Due to safety precautions I m guessing. It is free to get through to the arena though, but does cost money to get to the top.

You can have dinner up on the second floor I think, which would be a great experience, but we opted for a sunset and picnic.

Don t let this phase you but the only annoying thing about the Eiffel Tower is you will get harassed by men walking around with buckets of alcohol and Eiffel Tower keychains etc. CONSTANTLY. You need to tell them to go away before they even start talking to you or they will stick around you and try and sell you anything from alcohol to drugs. If you re straight with them, they won t annoy you again but because there are like 50 different guys, they ll all come up to you.

This was the second time I went up the Eiffel Tower. Both times we pre-purchased tickets to go up to the summit, which it the third level. It requires an extra elevator ride from Level 2. It was a skip the line ticket, which I highly recommend as the general entry line was massive! The first time was with a tour guide in July 2015. It took about an hour for our little group to line up and wait for the ride up to Level 2. Then we went straight up to Level 3 where the guide talked to us for about 10 minutes. He then left us and we could leave whenever we had enough. At that time it was not as crowded on the tower and there was a lot of opportunity to get some great photos. On my recent trip it was the opposite. We did not wait long for the ride up but once we got to level 2 and line up for Level 3 it was very crowded. Once we got to level 3 (The Summit) it was over crowded. Very hard to get a picture taken. The same thing happened on Level 2. It seems they re letting more people on at the same time. That ticket we purchased online directly on the Tour Eiffel website without a tour guide. Having said all that I still think it is definitely worth going up the towers to either level 2 or 3 or both as the views are spectacular. Seeing the white city sprawled out into the distance around the tower is impressive and beautiful. My first day in Paris going up the tower lift gave me the first glimpse of the city and it took my breath away. As the lift went up the views unfolding were unexpected in the sense of how massive the city really is and how beautiful the buildings are to behold. Must do experience for everyone.

Breathtakingly Enchanting, it had been a dream come true experience to see Effiel Tower and much more raz ma taz due to visiting it during night, the lighting and glitter is actually worth worth worth it. It was one of the most beautiful moment to witness Eiffel Tower in reality I mean with our own naked eyes

When i visited i had to wait for 3 hrs in the queue to reach the ticket counter and another half an hour for elevator for reaching the top. The view of Paris from the top of Eiffel is mesmerizing. And when i visited in 2017 summer, the light show used to start at 10pm in the night and continue till 1am. The light show is something breath taking and continues for 5mins and repeat every hour.

Fantastic experience, great views. Coffee shop, gift shop and restaurants available on 1st and 2nd floor. Walking is not as steep as you expect, but there are 700 steps to the 2nd floor. 10 for an adult if you walk up and you don't need to buy online before you arrive as queue is very small, we waited less than 5 mins in August. If you choose to use the lift it's approximately 15 an adult with queues up to an hour if you have not pre booked. Access to the surrounding park area is free but you do need to go through security bag checks first.

It's definitely an experience, though it's a shame with the works going on at the minute. Security is good, on the ground floor it's very industrial looking compared to the last time we went. Not sure if they are keeping permanent surrounding wall up or not. It used to be all open but I can understand the need to be vigilant at the minute. Steps are hard work if you are not active. I found it easier second time round (2 years after last visit). Views astounding, really nice. Toilets on each floor. Gift shops, expensive drinks @5 euros for a bottle of pop, so if you can carry the weight bring your own bottles. Sure I could feel top floor moving, but stands to reason given how narrow it is. Lifts to go up from second to top floor are jam packed tight. We walked up and down, there was quite a nice breeze on the way down which was well needed on a hot day!

Awesome view
of the city from the top

Eiffel tower is truly the most popular structure in the world. Since it is located in the most romantic city in the world, the tower was added valuable landmark in the country of France. I hope this place should maintain their beauty and charm, so that it will served as the most picturesque tower in the eye of all travelers from any part of the world. Within this place, there is no dull moment from sunrise to midnight as you can appreciate the beauty of this tower. At night, the tower will transform into glittering piece of art. You can go up at the tower to see the overlooking city of Paris.

It's one of the most beautiful man made structure and also the most visited place in the world. This place feels magical. U can feel love is in the air as u reach here. It has a brilliant view from the top of the tower. A souvenir shop is also there at the 2nd floor of the tower. In addition to that there's a Champagne Bar at the very top most floor.
Visited this place an year ago but till now I cherish the memory and always feel lucky about it.

An amazing experience to see it for the first time in person after seeing it in a lot of movies. Visit it at night too as its lights lit up and sparkles. Do the seine river cruise as it gives you a different view of the tower as well.

CRAZZZZY awesome!! I honestly didn t really care to see this besides just see it and move on, to the next thing. But it s an incredible site to see when you re there.

Once you ve made yer way to the middle find the ticket booth and you might want to see if you can check before you wait in line if you can get tickets to the top. I went about it the hard way.

I also realized I m slightly scared of heights. The first floor has the glass bottom floors which freaked me out. I got a post card while in the Eiffel Tower which was fun.

We went to the very tippy top. The elevator ride was exhilarating it also oh so stinky and hot. . But once those doors opened..... DAAAYUM! You get free WiFi up there so I decided to FaceTime some people saying I was lost then revealing they are at the top of the tower with me. Most fun! It s 19 to get to the top. Not bad at all.

a beautiful and charming place, both for a walk with friends or a romantic stroll, it is worth to venture in the streets, but remembering the care of the wallet thefts (they have a lot of ability in this) but taking this is beautiful to see this beautiful place and do not forget to climb the tower, it's magnificent!

The tower looks incredible up close and from afar. I haven't gone up to the tower due to long lines however just being near it is enjoyable in itself. You can spend time walking around, taking pictures or have picnic nearby. View the tower light up at night from Trocadero, it's amazing! However be wary of pickpocketers pretending to ask for help from tourists by asking if they speak English.

Impressive and awe-striking. We took a tour and were provided with rich history on the tower and other Paris landmarks while on top of the tower.

Be aware that the surrounding area of the tower is in dirt, so your shows will get messed up (dirty) and there are many street vendors harassing you right outside the entry and exit points.

You've seen it on tv and in movies, but nothing will prepare you for what you will see and experience in person. I went there couple of times during my college life and We went there with family last year it was amazing kids love this place. The view of the city is amazing! At night, we ate dinner and came back.

Our second visit to the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint this time around either. The views are incredible and standing on top of The Eiffel Tower is such a treat. Millions visit this iconic structure, but not everyone can say they ve been to the summit. Take time to go to the top for the incredible views.

A manmade wonder. It's a unique experience to visit Eiffel Tower and reach the top on a clear sunny day to have a glimpse of Paris city's aerial view!

View of river Seine and the movement of cruise and cargo vessels on the river is a beautiful sight.

One of the most important tourist attractions in Paris, which none will miss!

The place is indeed amazing and has to be seen at least once in a lifetime. I would recommend going in the end of the day to see it both in the daylight and with the artificial lights. The surroundings are a bit crowded, but still OK.

Staff were amazing both at the base and in the lifts, they couldn't do enough to help us with our son who is in a wheelchair. My two kids both enjoyed their visit and part of that is due to the staff.

I though it was going to be just another touristy spot and almost decided to skip it. I m glad I didn t. The views are breathtaking and the waiting time is less than 15 min if you go after the sunset. Just remember to book the ticket online.

While a complete tourist trap, my family and I really enjoyed it! The glass elevators allow you to see Paris while gliding up. Every level offers great views and things to do or buy. For those who are capable, walking up is cheaper and not awful. (You can only walk up to the second level and then everyone has to take the elevator to get to the very top. ) Get there early to avoid crazy lines but lines do move quickly. It is SUPER windy at the very top so, ladies, wear pants or shorts under your skirt.

I truly hope that everyone gets at least one chance in their life to see it.

It's hard to imagine what an amazing structure this is until you see it in person. Just make sure you wait until sunset and get to see it lit up against the evening sky. Also, would highly recommend buying tickets in advance to make sure you don't waste time in line.

Extremely crowded!!! The visit is quite short but takes hours after going through security, and waiting in line for tickets and the elevator! The views of the city are nice from above, but not worth the hassle.

Amazing, beautiful and gorgeous. I used to feel that Eiffel tower was hyped up but you need to see it to admire its beauty. Make sure you see it early in the day and late at night when the lights are on. 2 hours in the line to buy tickets to go upstairs were totally worth it. It is a beauty that marvels in this modern day with architecture that may feel old but it is just breathtaking. The lights in the evening give it a very awesome outlook and at the stroke of every hour from 9pm to 1 am, they have strobe lights activated which is a once in a lifetime visual.

No list of the most recognizable monuments could make it without the Eiffel Tower in it. Overrated and overestimated still the tower is a symbol of Paris, the icon of the cityscape and the best place to view the capital.

Everytime I see the tower it looks very old and rusty. It's the thing you don't see or feel in the pictures.
Nowadays visitors have to go past security control checkpoints to get to the tower and there's a glass wall in front. You can't just walk directly from the Pont d'lena, under the tower to Champ de mars anymore.
A full price ticket to the tower costs about 20-25 depends on how you like to walk up the stairs or get the elevators. You can easily spend a few hours at the tower. There's a souvenir shop, cafes and restaurants at 2nd floor and every floor (level) has amazing views. It's really worth the ticket fee not like some other towers (Yes, I mean you Fernsehturm Berlin.).

Did you even go to Paris if you didn t see the beautiful and iconic Eiffel Tower? Not a single chance. Truly one of the most special and gorgeous places in the whole of Paris. You need to make time to visit while you are here.

Beautiful! Wonderful view! I got some great pictures up there. I only posted one so you can get the idea. So worth it!

Very chilly in May so take a good coat and maybe a scarf to cover your face and neck. It's super windy up there. Great price to get up there. Lines are long so be prepared.

Definitely the most famous place to visit!
For all walkers, 500 steps will do great but there's also elevator..a little bit expensive.
On bothlevels you have bars and stores, but the view is awesome!
We didn't go on top because it was closed. Next time

A truly unforgettable experience! We went at night and the tower was lit up beautifully.

Book a tour a day or two in advance to avoid long waits and to skip the lines for the summit Lift.

We went at night and it was a stunning way to see Paris. Plus, the Tower itself is lit up after dark, making it dazzle beautifully, and adding a romantic warmth to the Tower that is missing during the daytime.

Plus, it is open much later at night than most people realize. The memories I made at The Eiffel Tower will last a lifetime, and I encourage others not to pass it up.

Been with my good friends in Paris having great time seeing so many historical places who have so much history and been able to survive during all Wars and still there giving us good vibes and memories! Wad wonderfull !will go again. :)

The tower is magnificent. Actually best seen from a far. I didn t go up, since I don t feel like waiting a few hours and, ex tempore as I am, didn t book beforehand. You should, if you want to avoid waiting.

The one lacking star is due to the queuing and crowds of people. But that s what you get for wanting to see the world s possibly most famous tower.

Spectacular views of the iconic Eiffel Tower in the heart of Paris, France. You have the choice of either taking the lift up to the different levels of the structure, or if you're up for a significant fitness challenge, you can take the stairs. Either way, the views of the city skyline when you get to the top are very much worth the trip. Highly recommended for any travellers to Paris, and even locals who are yet to try it.
