My colleague and I work in Saudi Arabia and reside in Bahrain. On Wednesday 19th April this week we visited the Central Informatics office to apply for CPR documentation. We were favourably impressed with the service from beginning to end. We drew tickets and were called up in turn. The two ladies running the office were efficient, courteous and dealt with customers quickly and effectively. They were each processing numerous customers at any given time at various stages of various processes and they kept no one waiting any longer than necessary. We would like to recognise and commend the high standard of service we received there and to point this out to management.
