Inconsistent, I ordered 3 months ago, still hasn't received it.

Service cannot be used ...
My house can not be reached in 5 minutes but the goods have not arrived in more than a week. Status of the word "complete". Complete what ... we pay in full and not cheap either ..

horrible service. no attention to details at all. Staffs were totally not helpful and my order was written wrongly at a unreasonable price. the clothing product is very itchy even though i wore it the correct way. When the product got to me, it was not well packaged and delivery was delayed. After that, i tasted the product and it was not what it claimed to be. In conclusion, it tastes horrible and my child vomited twice because of your zencoso balls and shirouto powder.

terrible service, payment collected more than 2 months and they cant provide goods ordered. need to write in email to complain. poor logistics service and the company is inefficient in operations. cant even provide exact goods delivery date even after 2 months.
