As a Kid, I got fund of them been my late Dad's pension managers that I and my spouse choosed them too as our Pension Managers till date. I got so dissappointed after a great encounter and till date, my family is yet to recover from the mistake of ARM's pensions manager; The story is detailed below;
My late dad didn't leave behind any will thus when he died, my senior brother got greedy, went and got himself a letter of administration as the only survivor and that enabled him to get hold of the money in my father's account alone . When he was done with the money, he went further to claim my dad's pension money but he couldn't do that easily because since my dad left no will, the school which my late father taught introduced myself and my brother as the next of kin since it was my late mum that my father used as the next of kin and she was late.
My brother because he never had any intention of sharing anything with us went and conieved with one of the ARM's pensions staffs, they forged my signature, jumped all protocols and released all the money to only my brother. The so staff was paid more than a million for that shady deal.
I have written severally to their head office but I keep getting responses that they will get back to me after their investigation for the past one year, six months.
My family has been in disarray since then as my brother squandered all my late parent worked for.
I hope it won't end same for my own family since I and my wife still use same pension managers.

Worst PFA.
Pension paid by my company has not been reflecting for the past 4 months. No response to Email, no response to tweets, went to their office in UBA Ikorodu I was told no one is around due to ongoing construction.
