Very bad experiences with Menzis.
Increase rates to the customer annually.
We as a taxi company do not get a cent more.
For a number of years the same 0.85 per loaded km.
This is the VAT increased from 6% to 9% and they do not index.
We still get 0.85 inclusive. 9% VAT. While the customer's premium does go up, strangely ??

A fan of Menzis. Friendly employees, a well-functioning customer portal and we have had health insurance there for years. Hopefully we hardly need to use it. But so far satisfied with Menzis.

It was hung 3 times, held for 22 minutes. Rejected too.

Quite a few attractions in maintenance (high season notanene). Food very expensive and little choice a simple sandwich is also tasty instead of just solid food.

Particularly antisocial organization in an already questionable industry. Do not participate!

Menzis is an expensive but good health insurance policy. Also accepts you for additional insurance despite existing costs at that point.
There are various types of insurance: I have the basis for free choice of doctors.
Then that is also well arranged with travel allowance via an authorization for treatments further away or for taxi transport to the treatment provider. Call ahead to see if you can get an authorization.
You can also have your deductible deducted in installments.
I never had anything .. so only basic insurance. Now I have a lot of hassle. It does not matter: perfectly arranged, you can call if you have any questions and t remains well organized for you.

I had very negative experience with this company. At the beginning the premium was deducted automatically from my bank account by this company, but at some point they changed the way of payment secretly to paying premium via bank transfer manually. During the change, they did not send to me any email and did not give me any call either. What they did is that they only wrote their bank account and the premium on a piece of paper and delivered to my address. So, I have not realized the change of payment until I was fined by more than 1000 EUR. Therefore, they give me a feeling that they did this intentionally and it seems that this is a trap set by them.

When you enter here you will be received as a king (so to speak). On paper I was cheated, but the people who received me here and helped me cannot be blamed for that. Very friendly and helpful staff here. And that society decides otherwise .... too bad. But the 5 stars are for the people who work here and that is the question? What do I think of this place?
