I had a very bad experience at Eduguru. Really sad about the behaviour of the owner, especially considering that I have been buying books from her for years. She refused to change books that I bought from her, in her presence a few days ago. Instead, she paid me 30% for books, which she will sell for full price again. The fact that I didn't still have the slip should not be such an issue, considering it was her own staff who gave me the wrong books, and did so in front of her. I feel sick.

Excellent very helpful had my books ready and waiting.switched two old textbooks for new ones.Placed order for books out of stock all in under 5min in store.

Very efficient and affordable. You give them the list, they give you your books and thats it. I found it amazing how they knew exactly where everything was in place that would have confused me so much, but that's how professional they are. Would definitely recommend amd use them again.

While it's a small business they are hyper efficient, helpful and willing to go the extra distance. I have managed to get almost all of my daughter's books second hand at good prices. They know the school lists very well and are an absolute pleasure to work with.

A true gem. So impressed with the secondhand textbooks... they were in such good conditions, can't tell the difference whether its used or not. They have more books available for sale than referred stores..

Shop was closed maybe due to school holidays. Best to call before traveling all the way there

Disappointed really :(
The owner, I presume, was not very friendly which put me off.
The communication with clients is non existent.
The staff on the other hand are really friendly which made the visit better :)

Small place but I found what I was looking for. Reason for 2 stars, i didn't like the condescending tone of who I assumed was the owner, when she spoke to her staff. Other than that the guy answering the phone was most helpful and friendly.

Nahidra is amazing in getting 2nd hand books and new for students!
