I regret not being able to complain to good reviews, which among other things led me to choose this company, but I do not think it was correct to demand payment of 4 hours of labor (8 hours being 2 employees) when the intervention lasted at max 2 hours and 15. At our request for clarification was answered that over the fixed call fee (what does it cover then?) we had to pay the time they were in the car. Having said that our house is about 15 minutes from the company's headquarters, I believe it is still an absurd reasoning without any foundation. I'm really sorry because the intervention was technically flawless and I wanted to still be able to use their services.
