Great experience from start to finish. Our computer had a start up issue due to a mains power outage. The computer was fixed and also updated to a new hardrive along with all data transfered too. All in all a really pleasant experience and well priced. Thank you Computer Initiatives

Avoid at all costs. We brought a laptop to repair: on/off button doesn t work. We used it for months by pressing a paper clip to start- the laptop worked perfectly. He returned the laptop dead and said it needs a new motherboard . No apology, no nothing. A socially awkward and rude man.
