Attended a recruitment dinner here so I can only speak to the food and service and both were great. The serving staff was very courteous and attentive and our dessert was amazing (see pic)

Comfortable beds, good sized rooms. Standard wifi is not particularly fast, and the upgrade to faster access is super expensive. Kind of ironic that the wifi isn't great and also expensive in the middle of silicon valley (hence the 4 stars). The food is generally very good though.

Ocean front Luxurious resort! Very nice staff and service and amazing views.

Stayed 2 nights and had awesome time with family. Felt like I was in Hawaii!

The rooms are on smaller side but clean and well decorated. The beds were too soft and hence uncomfortable for us!

Somehow when we got our car keys back, it was missing our house and other keys! We noticed when we reached back home.

But apart from all these small issues, still a spectacular place to stay.

My granddaughter treats me to this hotel. We stayed here on weekends, and I can say that we had a good time here. I love the breakfast. The fresh bread, vegetable dishes, and juices. Our room is homelike cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I'm giving this hotel a five-star review because they deserve it!

Pleasant business hotel. Pros: superior service and amenities, excellent beds/bath/quiet, outdoor pool (though on the small side), good bar and restaurant for a hotel, convenient to 101 and Palo Alto.

Cons: can be pricy depending on time of year; view is poor; parking is expensive, longer walk to town than other Palo Alto options; lots of group bookings/busses loading out front/surges at the front desk if you get unlucky.

The hotel is nowhere 5 star hotel experience and not four seasons level experience. More of "inn" stay for three times the price. Most rooms view on the highway and noisy. Furniture and equipment are super outdated. Gym is small and crowded. Spa services are twice expensive without a reason. Staff unfriendly. When asked to switch room said have no availability and offered to pay additional sum to the price of 450$ for upgrade. Stay away.

The Four Seasons never disappoints. This hotel is beautiful, functional, and in a great location. You are minutes from downtown Palo Alto and also right off of the 101 freeway so it's convenient to travel quickly to Mountain View or Menlo Park and other spots in Silicon Valley. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, and there is a nice pool. Great spot.

Just off Highway 101, this luxury hotel is 2.3 miles from Stanford University and 2.7 miles from Stanford Shopping Center.

The polished rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows (some with bay/mountain views), separate work areas, sofas, and marble bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers, soaking tubs and flat-screen TVs. All come with cable TV, Wi-Fi and laptop safes. Suites add separate lounges, dining areas and/or wet bars.

Amenities include a rooftop pool with private cabanas, a 24-hour gym and a spa. There's also a contemporary Italian restaurant with a garden terrace and a water wall, an elegant bar with a fireplace, and a cozy lounge.

Great location to meet at their new Escape cafe off the lobby. - modern, trendy look, amazing video installation above the reception desk that had me transfixed as a drank some excellent coffee and ate a very serviceable kouig Amman. Love the decor and the vibe, with more food and drinks offerings I could see the space becoming an "it"place in the area.

I travel a lot and this is by far the best non-resort hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. And my room, which was a standard $295 room, was the best room I ever stayed in for under $1,500 per night. Finally, the bathtub was the most comfortable and well designed bathtub I have ever used. The staff was super-friendly and knowledgeable and provided efficient service with personal touch. Service and amenities were the best I have ever experienced within the United States and they were on par with the best I experienced: a resort in Cancun. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It's a true gem.

this was a great place for a medical meeting! I've never stayed in their rooms but the part I saw was elegant and well laid-out. The food we had during the meeting was very, very good, also.

Pure businessman's hotel. Nicely appointed. Food is okay, not great, and highly priced. Gym is okay but could use a renovation soon, pool area is nice but pool is small and has no lane markers so is not ideal for lap swimming. No balcony and windows don't open which is a pity given the nice weather around here. Staff is nice to the point of being ridiculous, and would probably kiss your backside if you asked them to, haha.

This review is for the Apres winter lounge. I made a reservation for this place at 7:30 four days in advance. I showed up half an hour before my reservation and was told that all the seats were taken for the night because it was "first come first serve". They did not tell me about this policy when I booked. There were other parties that had this same issue. The whole system is flawed and there's really no point in making a reservation if they're not going to honor it. Completely ridiculous, I left work early to go to this and it was pointless. It was a huge waste of my time. I recommend that you do not waste yours.

UPDATE: I spoke to someone from Four Seasons about a month ago. He said that he would email me to invite me back. Never received that email. Therefore, my review remains the same.
