Good, maybe even great? Bed was fantastic.

Ultimately it's a series of overlapping comfortable beige boxes [lobby][restaurant][hotel suite] with good service at reach if that's your thing.

Compared to some of the designation Four Seasons locations this will feel more like a Westin or a Sheraton.

Great hotel. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was very nice with a large bathroom, bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight negative was that being next to the highway, you can't open the window, but apart from that, it's great. Bar and food were both great. Parking costs $12 which seems a little bit unreasonable as they have a huge parking lot (but this is only really a minor complaint). Overall a very comfortable place to stay if you're in Silicon Valley.

The propert is extremely well kept and the rooms are immaculate.
My main reason for writing this review is the service at their restaurant.
Every chance I got I ate in to be served by a gentleman named Hichem. He was sincere, provided great recommendations, and was very attentive. You know what you are getting when you come to a 4 Seasons in regards to amenities... but the staff were exceptional. I will come back just to eat here in the evening to be served by Hichem.
An absolute pleasure!

Probably one of the most fanciest hotels on the bay area. If you don't want to stay over night, you can just eat there or schedule a conference. Very upscale and the architecture is quite impressive

The Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Altis located right next to the Staples Center. Came here for a mini weekend getaway for a concert at The Forum in Inglewood.

From the moment we arrived everything was first-class. The valet helped us unload our bags before taking our car, Peter at the concierge desk checked us in and offered us champagne and asked if we wanted any other beverage to drink, and Edwin escorted us up the elevators to our room which was upgraded to a Junior Suite at no additional charge in order to give us a room that was available right away. The room was so big and clean upon entry. It had a king-sized bed, a separate sitting area with a large couch and coffee table, a tv, and even another separate little office area. The view was great too overlooking the freeway and toward the ocean. We needed a few extra toiletry items and there happened to be a housekeeping cart right outside our hall. Marla was very nice and gave us the things we needed and told us to make sure to ask her if we needed anything more. Our room had club lounge access so we checked that out too for some afternoon snacks. Cameron and Nathan were very friendly and helpful. We went back there the next morning for a little breakfast bite too. So nice and convenient with lots of great options.

Overall, this was an excellent experience and was certainly worth what we paid for - which, to be honest, wasn't even super expensive! Amazing service all around and wonderful staff who were incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. Will be back here if I'm ever in LA again!

Fantastic hotel and worthy of a Four Seasons. Recently being the only 5 star property in Peninsula+South Bay has made it really expensive but it is a Four Seasons after all. Quattro is great and serves great food all around. Honest Italian-style American food using fresh ingredients while keeping the portions healthy and lean.

Overpriced average food and wine. At $40 a glass one expects superb wine. It was pretty average. The octopus was inedible. My steak was good but not worth $70. Risotto was excellent. Smoked salmon was good. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience.

Great location. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are well sized. Warm transitional-styled and 5 piece bathroom. Room is in a need for a little more cleaning. Walls and chairs had dried fluids splattered on them.

A beautiful 5 star property with large, modern guestrooms, flexible meeting rooms and wonderful outdoor space. And thanks to Randi Alt of the Four Seasons Vail Resort for the invitation to breakfast along with your colleagues from the Four Seasons Marakesh, Four Seasons Seattle, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale and Four Seasons Resort Santa Barbara. Can't wait to send business your way!

I stayed here for eight nights because of nearby surgery in Beverly Hills. Although the rates were high, I saved being a member of the Hilton Honors program. Plus, my experience with Hampton at another property was positive.

The Hampton is brand new and is well kept. Everyone from the front desk to the houskeepers to the valet parking crew were super friendly and very professional. I let the front desk know that I was having surgery and they were always there to help if I needed anything.

My second home! Trying to get this hotel every time I am in the Bay Area! Hard to get room in some busy events.

What make it so special is mainly the staff!! The most kind and great people you can ask for! The only thing they care of is "you"!!

Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. Front desk staff was accommodating. Our waiter seemed preoccupied, he forgot portions of out order and was slow getting things out. Food was pretty good. This Four Seasons is not the same quality as the LA area establishments.

The nicest hotel in the Peninsula! I was here for a Cinequest event and had some time to spare so stopped in at the bar. Great service, drinks were a bit pricey but you are at the Four Seasons so it shouldn't be surprising.
