Completely unreasonably priced cocktails at the bar. Easily twice as much as you would pay at any upscale lounge in downtown Palo Alto. Really, truly not worth it. The food at Quattro is very good, but again I would expect a six course tasting menu at any other equal quality restaurant for what we paid for three courses here. The service saved them from a two star rating. I feel like they are taking advantage of their guests.

I used to be a member of their spa and wanted to renew, but they don't have the hot tub anymore. Such a bummer. The staff goes above and beyond, and they always make me feel like the queen of the world.

Quattro Bar is elegant and a nice spot on Thursday or Friday evenings when you simply need a quick bite to eat and a nice glass of wine. Service is impeccable!!! I highly recommend a glass of the Ridge Zinfandel!!

I went to the Four Season Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto for a professional event hosted in a large ballroom. The staff was not only very professional and attentive, but the attention to detail not just with the food and staff, but also the facilities were absolutely top notch. I hope future professional meetings will be hosted here!

Spent an absolutely wonderful night in a junior suite with my 15 year old son here I. November 2015. Enjoyed a perfect dinner in the restaurant lounge area and got a great nights rest in the spacious room. My son was very happy about having his own TV in the separated living space. This Four Seasons location is talked about as a "business" hotel often - - I would be keen to check out the pool deck and amazing restaurant before pegging it as a "business only" hotel. Will absolutely stay here again.

I visited the Four Seasons with some colleagues for a business dinner. I have to say that I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of food and service. I will look forward to the opportunity to go back and Sample the rest of the menu. Fantastic.

I met up with a bunch of girlfriends for girls night out at Quattro. The food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. I really loved the passionfruit cocktail that I got. I would totally go back. Definitely expect to pay more though for the ambience.

Beautiful artwork and spaces recently remodeled the lobby Lounge area it looks very nice just minus a star for some bar staff miscues I experienced while there, the music kept turning up full blast for no reason at all and I couldn't hold a conversation it was so loud, other than those things it's excellent in every way.

N / A

My wife and I stopped in for a couple drinks at the bar inside if the restaurant they have on site. It was amazing! The drinks were delicious and the bartender was spectacular. We had a nice cozy table next to a fireplace and a romantic setting. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in the area.

Quattro at the Four Seasons is quite the treat if you have the chance. While the food and drinks are definitely on the higher side ($40-$70 per entree), it's well worth the price. Each dish is extremely well made with quality ingredients and preparation, and comes with some of the best plating for restaurants in the bay. As of writing this review, there's also a Groupon deal which provides an excellent value, and allows you to try multiple items on the menu. It also happens to be for the weekends only which allows you see freedom for dates and events. The food does tend to be a bit rich, so make sure you are prepared (or portion control accordingly). Highly recommended!

This is a man-made oasis that feels like a slice of Southern California plopped next yo Silicon Valley's busiest freeway! No wind, bright sunshine, palm trees, fountains, and cheerful/polite/helpful staff.

I have had in the past had really good dinners at this hotel. Im not sure what has happened recently though... I think maybe traffic to the hotel restaurant may be down when and they are trying to save money? i was there and we were the only patrons in the restaurant... we were eating early so that may be why. There were no specials offered that night and i have had *much* better meals there in the past... something has changed either with restaurant or hotel management that has affected food options and overall quality. I hope the can change, i have had one of the best steaks of my life there. Service was excellent.

Fantastic hotel, a short drive to downtown Palo Alto and really well located for work in the Silicone Valley. The rooms are good size, not massive but bigger than your average room. The ones facing out towards the bay, on the higher levels I was on floor 10, have great views. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the entire stay. The gym is above average for a hotel gym. They also have a spare, restaurant, and coffee bar. I didn't use them but some co-workers did and said positive things. Overall, 5/5 would stay there again.
