Compared to other Four Seasons hotels around the world, this one is rather basic with no real luxury, but the rooms are comfy and the staff are professional. Convenient if you're visiting Sillicon Valley giants, but also crazy expensive at times. They really cash in on the location.

A very convenient place to get to being in between two major airports. It is usually packed during the weekday as it is more business centric. Caters more to weekday business flyers so there is more availability during the weekend unless there is a conference going on. The room is a typical hotel room until you look into the bathroom area. Great size and comfortable moving space. We were upgraded to a king bed room and looking over the front of the hotel: a beautiful area with water fountains and lights. Rates are a little high if just for personal use.

Superb hotel with very nice rooms and extremely friendly staff - can highly recommend!

Came to the hotel for some appetizers and drinks.. The staff was very nice and made sure we were taken care of while dinning.

The only place where you will see Roger Goodell in the lobby and Condoleezza Rice in the restaurant. If you want to brush with fame, I would hang out here. Hotel is also nice ;-)

Best hotel in the area. Great service and the beds are fantastic.

Pleasantly surprised by Quattro. Went there for dinner on a Sunday evening with the family. Table was set with the appropriate high chair for my younger one before we arrived. Service was great. Our waiter accommodated to our special requests. Food was excellent considering the already many great Italian options nearby.

Had dinner at Quattro. Our server, Cal, was probably one of the most knowledgeable waiters who has ever served us. He seemed to know his menu, and kitchen, inside and out. Very friendly and made sure you had everything you needed.

Such an amazing hidden location. The staff is amazing and the service is second to none. The atmosphere is lovely at night and the valets can park the La Ferrari, if needed!

Great hotel with clean room, landscape an great service.

Extremely professional and accomodating staff. Had a staycation here for my birthday weekend, and they even remembered the occassion the day after I first mentioned it to them! Got a free upgrade, from deluxe to premium king. Also awesome how there is no resort fee, compared with what most hotels charge nowadays. Rooms are spacious, and bed is extremely comfy. However, the memory foam pillows are a bit underwhelming for sure.

They have 3 peloton bikes in the fitness center, which is fun to give a try if you havent used one before.

Overall, I would definitely come back if the price is right for a relaxing staycation!

All around solid visit. A+ steam room and massage. Restaurant food was excellent and staff was wonderful.

Great service. Friendly. Amazing restaurant. Been twice over a few years and the restaurant is still excellent. I had the best pasta I've had outside of Italy: "Rigatoni - Red Wine Pasta, Calabrian Chili Peppers, Octopus, Bone Marrow, Mint".

Beautiful hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and helpful with everything.

Little expensive but definitely worth it. Their restaurant Quattro is one of the best in the valley.

Have not stayed here but i do come often for the food, love the soups!

Very nice hotel in Silicon Valley. As with any Four Seasons, the service here is unbeatable. The spa is a nice 7 room set up with an outdoor pool and hot tub.

Venue was nice, they say they're in Palo Slot but in fact they are in east Palo alto, which has become a thriving community

Very nice. Greeters and vallet attendants were polite and professional. The meeting room was well decorated and laid out.

Beautifully-engineered, low-key comfort. Immediately puts you at ease. Worth the extra for sure.

I met up at the pool area for drinks with friends. The outdoor area is great, and the bar staff was very attentive.

Never stayed here because I live mins away, but I will grab a drink at the bar ever so often. I enjoy it! Especially in the cooler months and towards the holidays the patio is decorated like a winter/outdoor cabin. Very festive and mulled wine is awesome!

Night time at the restaurant pffers outdoor seating with fire pits. Great service amd good food.

Typically been here for events and parties. Excellent place to organize both small events of 10-20 people or a larger event with up to 100

Clean and nice. Good business location right off of freeway. Ikea and highway views. If I was arriving expecting Four Seasons, I'd be very disappointed (we kind of knew what to expect and didn't book based on brand). Restaurant was terrible. Entree was awful and we were given stale bread.

The spa service was awesome. I'm looking fwd to my next visit already.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but has a lovely restaurant. Full of senior people from the tech world - unsurprising, given the location!

Good food, service didn't know well how to handle wine.

I stayed here for one night as I was for business in the Palo Alto area. What a great experience the lobby was friendly elegant and comfortable . receptionist Stella very nice and professional. Quattro hosts wonderful brunches. Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained.

Its has good food service is ok parking lots not so much

You pay for excellent attention to detail and you get it. We were here for a gala benefit auctions and the staff was wonderful. Free valet parking for the event was refreshing.

Expensive, but very good food. Bar is a great place for a somewhat casual upscale meal.

A bit pricey, but worth the indulgence. Great staff, good food in the restaurant, and a bathtub in every room.

Far from everything and so astronomical catering rates ... for example 31 dollars ... a glass of Chardonnay ... and everything is like that ... count about 100 dollars for two breakfasts ... we are in the United States ok but stop at the racket ... the spa is clean but just a hamam .. the set is old .... the bedding is good .... the fitness very little equipped ... frankly ... none interest. I do not recommend.

This hotel is fantastic and the staff are superb. We were here for hust a night to attend a company holiday party and it was a wonderful place to stay! The beds are extremely plush amd comfortable and though I was nursing quite the hangover the next day, the staff were kind enough to extend our checkout date. It is a wonderful hotel to stay at and I would greatly recommend this one should you need to stay in the area!

This hotel was clean, modern and a value for the price. We particularly booked here due to their convenient accommodation of no charge for parking while you set sail on a cruise. You will get way more for your buck here. Restrooms are clean and modern, the beds are clean and very comfortable, free wifi, good tv channels available and the breakfast is way better than most large chain hotels. I would definitely come back when going on our next cruise and stay here. Good job to the staff and hotel management. I was most definitely impressed.

Consistently good food as always. Atmosphere in restaurant is great but a bit hard to hear because of acoustics.

Good size rooms, modern gym and spa and very helpful staff. In house restaurant is also very good
