Had an excellent experience with the hotel's Guest Relations Services. They're really forthcoming and will stop at nothing in order to help their guests get what they need. This is really a top-notch facility that can cater to both personal and business needs

The Spa coordinators at the front desk are professional and most helpful! They do everything they can to make your visit to the spa enjoyable. The spa amenities need some investment from the hotel. Steam room is always closed / undergoing maintenance. Locker area is a tight squeeze where you re bound to be elbow to elbow. Snacks are minimal (almonds) and you re not permitted to order food to the lounge.

Was on a work assignment at their facilities. Their catering staff took my full can of energy drink as well as a fellow coworker's muffin. It was just us in the room; my coworker and I setting up and the catering staff setting up as well. The can was full and the muffin was in a package, so no mistake that it could be trash or who they could belong to.

Not a big deal, especially since it was just an energy drink and a muffin, but I believe in principles. This illustrates the lack of integrity displayed by someone that represents this establishment. Not a good look.

Nice hotel both from inside and out. We had a team meeting here at the bar and we enjoyed the service. Plenty of parking on the side. After all this is Four Seasons. I just wish they join a points program some day...

We had Groupon vouchers and they were expired. No prob we paid the difference. They treated us Amazingly. We stayed and ordered food and drinks at the pool after a couples massage and champagne. The quality of the products and sense of urgency to take care of us was one of a kind very relaxing.

Stayed here overnight over July 4th weekend. Ate at the Quattro restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, which was delicious! I also had a facial done and spent some time in the steam room. Highly recommend their spa services. Room was a little small, but comfortable.

We stayed at Room 136, which was next to the laundry room for the staff. Pretty quiet overall since we only had to share one wall during the night. Bottom line: I would come back and also recommend this hotel for anyone staying at Long Beach! PS, checkout was noon, but we were able to do a late checkout at 1PM.

Convenient and very accommodating, the Four Seasons Palo Alto is a fantastic hotel to unwind and relax while traveling to the Valley. The bathroom is superb. Staff are all friendly, and cater to every need. Can't wait to come back.

Nice lobby, chic and dark. loved the art in the room. Nice amenities like show bag and cleaning brushes, coffee maker and fridge/ mini bar. Bath had great, deep tub and stand up shower, 2 sinks robes and nice soaps. 2 writing desks a medium TV and outlets bedside. No street noises heard on freeway side. Soft carpet and drapes make room very dark.

Spa day. Had the (outdoor) pool to ourselves for a coule hours. Swam some laps. Ordered lunch by the poolside. Had a great massage. Showers and steam room were great. What you would expect at the Four Seasons.

Stayed here regularly over the last 12 years. It's always reliable, and you're guarantee a comfortable room, good food and good-to-exceptional service.

The real difficulty is knowing whether the service is going to be "exceptional", and truly up to Four Seasons standards, or just "good" and leave you feeling let down and overpaying. Over the years I've definitely seen it go through lulls where the service slips to the lower end, and unfortunately they seem to be in one at the moment - my last few visits things have been distinctly below par. Nothing major, just a lot of small things not being done as well as they should, and a lot of the longer-standing members of staff seem to have left recently. Unfortunately at the 5-Star expectations of a Four Seasons hotel these little details tend to become very obvious.

It won't put me off staying when I need to and the price is right, but the difference between today and 12 years ago is that there are now many more similar-calibre hotels in the mid-peninsula, so Four Seasons really needs to work hard to regain the consistency.

Went there for a dinner. Delivers in line with what you would expect from a four seasons. Would suggest that the prefix menu indicate what items are vegetarian and which ones are not. I'm probably in the minority but the dessert portions could have been bigger :)

Other things to note: Hotel Current offers shuttle services for drop off/pick up within 5 mile radius (this wasn't advertised - I overheard someone calling to the front desk asking to be put on the list) Space is limited/first come first serve. This really helped since we were planning to take a cab. More positives - The bed was very luxurious and comfy, free parking AND Wi-Fi!

I would definitely come back and recommend anyone coming to the Long Beach area.

Very much a business traveler oriented hotel. Rooms are well appointed, although a little small and most look out into the highway. Quality of room service for was disappointing. Great bartender in the hotel bar, though.

The location isn't all that great, however everything else about this hotel is spot on. The staff are experienced and amazing, while each room has a perfect environment. The location is an issue because you can't get anywhere like downtown or Stanford without driving a car. A better placed hotel like The Westin would work much better, even if their environment isn't as good.

I came here for a bridal suite in preparation for a wedding. The staff is very welcoming and professional, and the restaurant's food is very good. There is also a nice spa on site, I got a very relaxing massage. Overall, it's a very nice hotel though of course pricy, given that it's a Four Seasons.

Awesome property. The pool upstairs is a great escape the lounge downstairs they've just redone with overpriced but yummy grab-and-go an ice coffee bar and an evening cocktail bar if you just looking for a place to order a nice cup of coffee and get some work done you can sit in the lobby on the rooms if they're in your budget are very nice.

My favorite hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. What's stand about the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto over other hotels. Is several factors. One the prime location of all shops and re. Aldo being able to walk to the Staples Center. As we all know traffic is a nightmare in Los Angeles.

Thanksgiving Dinner for my vegetarian husband and non-vegetarian me was very nice. Huge wine selection. Huge dessert bar with dozens of options. Overpriced, so I won't be going back often, but was a very nice treat.
