Bad experience due to withdrawal from mortis causa and relative closure of the gas meter by seal. Appointments given (twice and after long waits) and canceled the night before until, without warning and without an appointment, they showed up complaining that there was no one waiting for them !! Totally without professionalism and respect !! I strongly advise against any contact!
It was the top but for more than a month it has been impossible to talk to someone and on serious problems they say to send emails where you are called back and quickly liquidate you and if you accidentally want to call you can no longer be 3 weeks and the outcome is always negative no one answers. I have been going from Enel to Edison for more than a year and I must say that I felt really good. The bills have magically decreased and the only time I have had to call customer service I have found very competent and courteous staff. Excellent application to see all bills and the customer area on the site is very clear. Also interesting are the latest offers that allow you to purchase services in addition to the basic electricity offer. Highly recommended!

Slow and incorrect. Bureaucratically they seem to have literally remained in the pre-internet era (with consequent timing). They issue invoices either based on "real readings" that are not real, or on supposedly enormously inflated readings. When reporting these inefficiencies to the customer number, the operators are rude and hasty, and the procedure required to rectify them is grotesque. I strongly advise against it.

The only flaw is that when I moved house I asked you to fax the closure of the electricity and gas meter but they never told me that I had to contact the local manager. Gas Natural has become Edison Energie. I speak as a Gas Natural customer. And I just have to vent the frustration on online reviews, hoping to get some results.

Unfortunately I had to turn Gas Natural less than a year ago and since then I've been living a nightmare. I had just bought a house, which had been uninhabited for a few months and was in total from January to December. The kitchen arrived in October and was connected in December-January. Yet gas bills have arrived for a total of over 2,000! Customer service more useless and irritating of the earth ("I can't help you, you must write an email"). I had to pay a lawyer to collect those absurd bills. And the nightmare is not over, because now it has come out that the light contract has NEVER BEEN ACTIVATED and all the back bills have arrived at once to the former owner, who naturally has nothing to do with anything. So now I also risk cutting off the current. I have been contacting customer service for two weeks and I have complaints, and no one has yet deigned to answer me in any way. Instead, for the communication of self-reading they solved everything in less than 3 hours. Ridiculous. A form to fill out online for complaints that provides 200 characters. Not even a text message.
