I have been going from Enel to Edison for more than a year and I must say that I felt really good. The bills have magically decreased and the only time I have had to call customer service I have found very competent and courteous staff. Excellent application to see all bills and the customer area on the site is very clear. Also interesting are the latest offers that allow you to purchase services in addition to the basic electricity offer. Highly recommended!
