I've been trying to take over a gas supply contract since November 2014, I sent you faxes 3 times and obviously I have all the correct transmission receipts, but you keep telling me you don't see any documentation, you told me to send by email the documentation, then I discovered that your email does not work, I find it absurd that in 2015, it is not possible to finalize a gas supply procedure.
