THE best view of the lake in all of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets are incredible. We usually go for sunset cocktails and meals from time to time. They have dialed in their food and service. Love this place.

Nice resort, very comfortable, and the staff was very nice and friendly. They have a great shuttle service.

Went for the celebrity golf tournament. Very nice course.

Did not get to stay at Edgewood, but the grounds looked amazing. View is breathtaking.

Great atmosphere and awesome food and a great place to watch the game. My only issue is that with a large group of 12, they couldn't break up the bill or I should say wouldn't!

Probably the best hotel in Lake Tahoe South. Beautifully located right at the shores of Lake Tahoe, within walking distance of all of Tahoes hotspots.
Just one thing: asking for 50 bucks to use the jacuzzi in the spa per person is a no-go! Are you serious? Coming from Europe this ia just wierd... anyway the pool outside is nice as well and the restaurant is great.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Apon arriving after 10 hrs of travel, at 4 our room wasn't ready. The people in back of us got champagne, but we did not. We were pulled outside by security. They told us we didnt stop at security. I explained several times we did and even told them what she looked like. The hotel staff cane out and took security s side telling us they want respect and we shouldve stopped. We had no idea there was a golf tournament nor do we care about golf. After they finally reviewed the tapes they realized it was not us. Wouldn't you think they would check ahead of time? Security never apologized. The manager gave us a dinner credit, however I was embarrassed from the scene and felt uncomfortable the rest if the stay. I felt it was upity and snobby. We were treated as second class citizens to the golf community there.

The course here is 100% worth it. Definitely the most beautiful and fun golf in the entire area. The back nine is especially incredible. The staff was extremely nice as well

What an amazing stay. They spared nothing on the architecture it's absolutely stunning. The staff is warm and extremely friendly. The views are spectacular. The shuttle service which are Mercedes sprinter vans, take you to and from different ski resorts. They were always on time and super courteous. The spa was magnificent and the food was beyond excellence!!
It's five star service all around. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is beautiful, with excellent service throughout. I just can't bring myself to rate a Tahoe property 5 stars if they don't welcome pets.

I think Edgewood is the Ritz of SLT, but without pet friendliness they will likely never get our business again. Such a shame!

Great views and atmosphere but mediocre food and service.

Worth the trip!!! I came from Charlotte, NC to visit this place. This place is absolutely serene and incredibly breathtaking. The customer service is topnotch. The builders/developers/designers put so much attention to detail it's incredible. The food was beyond tasteful. From the valet service to the bartenders were top of the line. The outdoor seating was so beautiful. They even had live music while we dined outside. The musician was super friendly and very entertaining. Every penny you spend here will be worth it. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you edgewood for making our stay incredibly memorable and enjoyable!

This is a beautiful hotel but the service is lacking. We were greeted by very friendly valets and an excellent bell hop named Hector. Champagne was served at check in and we felt special. After that accommodations went a little downhill. My husband wanted to buy a water and the person working in the hotel store pointed in the direction of the closed coffee shop and went back to doing something behind the register so my husband gave up and left. Their spa was completely booked for 2 weeks and they had only one person to do hair AND nails. We tried to get a drink at the bar and it was full with only 1 bartender. The hostess at the bistro said that we could sit at the bar tables and be served by the bar staff but no one came to help us so we left. My husband tried to utilize the concierge service but they were away with someone else and did not return within the 15 minutes that he waited there. This place is very beautiful and clean but I don't think it's 5 star quality like some other 5 star hotels we have stayed at in the past. When we asked for extra towels we did receive them very quickly but room service took an hour for 2 desserts and coffee. :/

The rooms are gorgeous and a amazing bathroom, but the bistro Edgewood has a very unapeasing few waiters. So rude!!

the event it shelf was great. the edgewood security staff was rude, nasty.
security was taking people's personal property, keeping it and kicking the
guest out. He didn't understand what the definition was: Definition of memorabilia




The objects do not become memorabilia until it has a dollar value on it.
I have played golf at edgewood in the past of the last 40 years. I will never play that gif course and be treated like a common criminal . I will never recommend this course again

Do yourself a favor and get a salted caramel latte.

This is a high end Resort on lake tahoe. I did not stay there. I ate in their grill the food for the price was good. I played golf late in the season. Green fees are very expensive but views of the lake are tremendous. I will wait for spring specials to play again. Green fees will be around 200 dollars.

Had a massage and facial today. Would highly suggest.

The service was so incredible. My husband is in a wheelchair, and they were all so accommodating! They view was absolutely gorgeous, and the food melted in your mouth! Such an amazing place for a special occasion!

Staff was wonderful, went there for a wedding and it was so beautiful.

It was very nice. I had lunch next to the lake. Staff were all friendly. Food was great!

Food under salted. It was bland. View beautiful. The wait time was long even though we had a reservation. They passed us over by accident and gave another couple our reserved special table. It was dissapointing.

Love having breakfast at the new side, lunch at brooks and dinner at either! Love the spa as well. It s always a wonderful experience!

It will be a few more years before this place gets to a 5 star rating. The architecture is 5 stars, but their ability to run a resort is 3 stars. Front desk including property GM Amber double billed me and couldn t explain their own invoices. Incompetence is rampant from front desk to restaurants service to GM. Just because they built a beautiful hotel doesn t mean they know how to run a 5 star resort.

Very nice I went to end my brother's marriage and I loved it. It's just across from Lake Tahoe and it was beautiful. Delicious food and drink.

This hotel is beautiful! I want to go back because it was good. The rooms are very clean and also no more has 14 months to open and everything is new. It costs much more than the other hotels.

Service was not good, which is unusual, but food was good per usual.

Went for a wedding. Beautiful area and helpful staff. ended up eating at the cafe due to food allergies. BEST New York strip I've ever had. So tender you could cut it with a butterknife. Normally not wild about country clubs, but this one was nice.

Newest and prettiest Tahoe beachfront venue. Service was just ok. Prices reflect venue and not the menu that much, kind of pricey for what you get.

Service was great! View was amazing!! The French onion soup, chocolate custard and lamb were my favorites. The sorbet was a little icy, but had good flavor.

Everything was delicious! Staff were awesome. Very nice atmosphere. Not a bad thing to say. Foie gras was amazing.

Food items must be properly labeled with dates and discarded within 7 days after preparation.

Tuna tartar was found at temperatures above 41 degrees.

The cook staff did not prepare sanitation buckets and employees were unable to prepare sanitation buckets with optimal bleach solutions.

Two refrigeration units are not functioning properly, beef steak were stored at a temperature ranging from 44-49 degree Fahrenheit.

The high temperature of dish washer is not reaching high enough temperatures for adequate pathogen destruction.

Sanitation buckets must be prepared for each prep station at the beginning of each shift.

Fantastic stay, the staff was great, Trenton and Bart were awesome bartenders (even do magic tricks)! Will be back as soon as we can.

Food is just OK... service is decent and price is ridiculous! Overall... the quality of the food is at par with a Outback Steakhouse at prices you would pay for a Michelin 3 star restaurant. Made it even more of a bad experience sitting inside next to a hot kitchen without a view. Skip this place... there are many options in Tahoe to have a good meal and a great view.... including my backyard.

We just passed by... couldn't afford to stay here. Way too expensive. Overpriced lodge. Location is very close to the beach but far from the Heavenly Village if you walk.
