They have an awesome trampoline park inside the theater. Your kids will love it.

The staff is real nice and it is clean. They also have a great selection of beers you can enjoy while watching your movie.

Movies are often extremely too dark. Like you're wearing two pair of sunglasses in the theater. You're basically watching silhouettes for half the movie. Staff will claim the image is "at the appropriate levels", so maybe they are using low quality projectors or bulbs. Also sometimes too loud, or too cold. Or the film is delayed from improper setup or some other technical issue. There is often a small problem here, but the (lack of) screen brightness is unacceptable. I want to love this theater and hope to return and change this review.

Comfortable environment.... Large variety of movies and viewing times

A little ghetto but you can t control the people I guess some of the staff was friendly and some looked as if they just wanted to get the day over with

Went to jump park located in movies. Smells horrible. Fish corn chips and feet. We went when they first opened. Plus parents just leave kids there. No never again!!!

The theater and staff is nice but the young crowd that frequent there because of the late hours are TERRIBLE!!!

Loved it, until, AMC bought all the competition up and upgraded all of their theater's.

I really wish they would do something about the picture quailty, it always feels like the movie is really dark like a boot leg copy off the street. If they refuse to fix the picture quality then charge less for the tickets. I live less than 1 mile from the theater and I will drive to vestavia instead for the same movie same price but a completely different picture quailty. Fix the picture quailty and I'll be happy to come back.

This is the movie theatre to go on the Eastside. They feature all of the latest movies. I have seen Black Klansman and White Boy Rick recently. It is a beautiful facility with plenty of parking.

Poorly run theater. EVERY time I go there, there's a problem. The sound is too loud or too soft or the house lights stay on. When there is a problem, it's hard to find any staff or a manager to correct it. The seats are oddly configured and the screens are small.

The only thing in its favor is its booking. They bring in interesting films. It's a shame they can't get their act together.

What's better then seeing a movie? Drinking brewskies and seeing a movie. They got games for kids the got movie seats with tables so you don't have to feel your mates greasy arm next to yours this is one of the best movie theater in the ham.

Had a great time there with my daughter watching The Lion King, the prices were great, a great price for a family of kids!

Best theater in town in my opinion. Mainly because it's locally owned and the employees actually care about who comes in there. Same movie as in bigger brand theaters but lower prices on refreshments and tickets too

Need new seats. They were sinking down. Couldn't enjoy movie. The people in the theater constantly talked throughout the movie. Too much,smh. The floors are full of trash. The rows are not constantly clean after each show.

Seats were wierd, sound wasn't great. The movie was good.

This is, by far, my favorite movie theater! I love that you purchase tickets and concessions in the same place. I love that they have self serve drinks and butter for your popcorn. They serve beer and wine and dinner items. The chairs in the front of theater have tables that you can eat on. They have nice restrooms as well. Its just a great theater. They also periodically have Groupon offers for tickets and popcorn that help reduce the price of an evening out.

I last went on July 4th. Service was great, and the food is always fresh.

Great customer service, self serve butter and soda ! Fun family experience! The kids can play in the arcade area. Just need to pay more attention to restrooms!

It's a very, good place to bring the kids to. Kid's of all ages. Guaranteed the MOST fun you'll have.

Movie started late. Film was inserted into the projector wrong. Told manager. Film was stopped, re-inserted wrong again. Whole ordeal took an hour, and the manger refused to further try to fix the issue. Tried to get a refund for $15.13 got 2 fives, 3 ones, and 2.13 in coins and then the manager took my drink and threw it in the garbage. I can easily say this was my worst customer service experience in any business ever.

Don't listen to other posts about customer service. I've been more times than I can count to this theatre both with my wife & to bring my 3 children! We love the atmosphere b/c it feels safe. The prices for a movie theatre are within expectation. The staff there has never been anything but amazing to us. One time I MADE A MISTAKE about a movie time and we were using a half off ticket through someone & it was expiring. Needless to say that movie had started a long time before we got there. The manager smiles, and says here; she handed me a voucher good for 60 days! They appreciate me & I appreciate them! You'll enjoy your time there I can say without any doubt in my mind.

The seats were a bit uncomfortable but you can't beat 5 bucks for a new movie!

I guess that was my fault for going on a Saturday, when every disorderly teenager is allowed out unsupervised... Not a great experience.

It isn't the most modern theater, but the staff is friendly, the prices are great, and I enjoy the fact that it isn't very crowded (especially when I bring small children)

I love this theater, a movie's a movie but the people who work there---top notch! One young man, Marques (sp?) he was incredibly helpful before a movie when unexpectedly my sister got over heated/dehydrated he handled the situation like a Boss!! Much appreciated...

Worst services ever. They don't clean up nor have anything to drink but $4 bottle waters.

Love the seats. These seem to lean back further than others. Wonderful experience every time I go here.
