Movie started late. Film was inserted into the projector wrong. Told manager. Film was stopped, re-inserted wrong again. Whole ordeal took an hour, and the manger refused to further try to fix the issue. Tried to get a refund for $15.13 got 2 fives, 3 ones, and 2.13 in coins and then the manager took my drink and threw it in the garbage. I can easily say this was my worst customer service experience in any business ever.
