The only place worth going to and just cause it has a jump park and well for you and wife a beer and a movie.

In what is perceived as a bit of a rough area. However, never had any issues there and the seats in the Theatre are quite comfortable. The movie screens are good and audio is nice. I do wish this was a location with a bar, that always makes the movie more enjoyable for me. I would recommend this to people, because it's easy to get to, low traffic area and never very crowded.

Patrons are loud, disrespectful, and ghetto. Theaters are not cleaned. Bathroom not cleaned.

My favorite theater since I was a kid. So glad the edge reopened in this facility.

Went to see a PG13 movie at 6pm. A couple with a baby and a toddler come in. Baby cried through 1/2 the movie. We asked to get our money back. They said no. "Not our fault they came to the movie at the same time you did"

Ordered cookies for me and my family and was told it would be 10mins. I went and sat with my family, and after 15mins came back down to get my food. Needless to say they never put my cookies in the oven. Had to wait another 15 plus minutes for my food downstairs without my family and away from the movie I paid for. And the worst thing, on one even apologized. Why.....?

Looks better at night than it does during the day (kinda rough during the day). Over-priced tickets but decent seating. When we walked in, we wondered if anyone other than the snack people worked there. We found out the snack person sold the tickets as well....didn't see that one coming. They also server beer there, which works for some but not for everyone. Honestly yes, the place looks somewhat "deserted" during the day. There is a kids play area but i wonder how clean it is. The screens weren't very vibrant, like they were left over from a previous generation. The sound was okay but a little too loud.

Great place, not as expensive as the other theaters. They run a movie ticket sale on Groupon 2 tickets 2 drinks 1 popcorn 20.00 can't beat that, great seats, free refill no matter the size.

The only reason why this theater want get a five.

(MAJOR NEGATIVES):This theater has the potential to get a 5-star rating, but lacks the most VITAL necessity: Exceptional Visuals. The visual quality is darker than what it should be. At one point during my movie, it was sooo pitch black (even the white actors looked like they were black.. That's how bad it was). However, it may be certain theater rooms with dark visuals because my next visit was better since I was in a different room, but still dark to where it needs improving (but tolerable).

(POSITIVES): The seats are the best in town! They're so comfortable. They also have awesome recreational entertainment for the kids & adults. Their $5 Tuesday movie day is great for those looking for entertainment on a budget btw.

(Minor Annoyances): I dislike having to purchase my ticket at the concession. I think they should have a separate ticket booth area because getting tickets while others are in line to get food causes a longer wait.

-Overall, they're just decent, in my opinion. Once that screen situation is fixed, I'll give them a 5-star rating. I recommend still going, with the exception of if you're going to see an action film. I only go on $5 Tuesdays to get my money's worth with that screen situation.

I love The edge theater we had an awesome time we recently saw the movie Mama and we also saw the movie crawl. The only thing I don't like about it is there concession stand prices are extremely high. But we were able to see the movies for $5

I like this movie theater because it's kid-friendly. They even give you little kids boxes to share your popcorn.

This is the worst theater I have ever been to. I have been 3xs (tonight makes 3) and I have had a bad experience every time. The staff is lazy and unconcerned. The system/process of customer transactions is flawed. The process is unnesscarily long and computers are constantly down! The first 2 times movie display times were wrong. I will not be attending this theater again and will be filling other complaints.

Movie was dark, shown in a TINY little theater, but the worst issue by far was that the other movie goers who talked at regular volume CONSTANTLY throughout the movie, walked laps in and about the theater, and generally showed off bad theater etiquette. I have never been to this theater when this hasn't been the case. Other issues aside, this theater is a must if you like obnoxious, poorly behaved movie goers and tiny, dinky theaters.

thod was a amazing place. It had fun games that almost anyone woild enjoy. Their food is great, and i would say that their popcorn would be excellent.

We had a great time there!! It was kid friendly even late at night and there is heavy police presence which is a plus to keep down drama

Customer service was great and I love to be able to get the refills without warning

Great movie theater in Crestwood. Staff is friendly and you can watch your movie with a beer or glass of wine if you like.

Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of all the young kids out. Unsupervised but the police where dtrong

This spot has a great deal for $5 to watch any movie at any time. I prefer the early movies because some time packs of kids come out for the later movies. But the staff is very friendly and location is very clean. Overall great time with the family for a great price.

We came at a good time for the Bad boys premier, before the Young croud came in

The Theater air is not working .I ask several times to fix the air. It was very uncomfortable watching Ghost Busters movie in theater 9.

It's just OK. We went because of the $5 movies. Theater is too small, which makes the experience not as enjoyable as other theaters.

They let about seven kids in the movie and at 6:30 they put them out. The assistant manager sold them the tickets and they went to the movie the kids was in put a flash light in there face. They made the leave and the had to stand in the rain until someone got there.

Nice theatre but needs atm. I had to go to dollar store to get cash so we could play games.

I went to see Robocop and used groupon to get two tickets with large popcorn & drink. The seats were very comfortable and reclined, some had tables next to them. The staff was kind, but looked like they were getting ready to open, not prepared to serve customers (@ 4:00pm). The volume was painfully loud, especially the bass. I had to cover my ears during every scene with gunshots, and could hear bass from other movies during quiet scenes. The floor around the soda machines was sticky, but they have a large selection of Coka-Cola drinks.
They can provide a better movie experience if they have better management.

We went here MARCH 2,2019 to watch a
Tyler Perry movie! We enjoy paying 5 buck for the movie it was a good deal BUT! We couldn't enjoy the movie at this theater because of the noise and disruptive behavior among grown kids! There was no PEACE, This place seemed like a place where parents dropped their grown children off to the sitter I was very disappointed ! I wont be back to this one!

Went to the trampoline park, which is inside the movie theater. It s not bad for the price (I had a Groupon), and it s nearby. They could update some things in the future to keep up with other competitors though

You easily find parking unlike Hoover movie theater and self serving butter n drinks and seats are really comfortable

It would have been better if they had completely reclining seats. But I was very impressed with the theater. You can't beat new release movies for $5

I would give them 1 star, but I will give them an extra star for showing limited release films.

The movie was played in the wrong theater. The sound mix was off so bad that I had to cover my ears during several scenes. The projection was misaligned to where 1/4 of the screen was chopped off. I alerted the staff to all of these issues and they actually argued with me about each issue without even going to look at what I was talking about and nothing was done.

There may not be a whole lot of seats in each theater but that's made up for in copious volume by how roomy, comfortable, and spaced out the seats along with little tables by each seat. It really made the theater experience that much better and I look forward to coming here again

The Steel City Jump Park was okay, the kids loved it!!! Just need to have more specials for people with multiple kids!!

I had a good time, but there needs to be more organization going on. The floors should be constantly vacuumed. And restrooms maintained . To many workers at the cashier's at the counter at once. More available trash cans. I really did enjoy myself .

The employees are welcoming and not only that but is well maintained
