Edgars Adderley Street

I dont like the fact that you are asked to finish your shopping before they leave. I understand that they want to leave. But to ask customers to finish so they can leave without notifying customers over the intercom a few minutes beforehand first is just unprofessional.

Nice place with good quality clothes and ifficient workers

There is no service period!! Pathetic. It doesn't even deserve a star but it I could not post without giving it one.

Lovely sale for me and my boys...especially the buy one get one free on fleece blankets.

Its shocking... i took up the challenge to call Edgars Adderley Street....and eish. They are so busy to pick up the phone or its so loud thay cant hear the phone ringing. Massive.

I would give it 0 if I could, very under stocked , no real assistance in the store and just plain untidy, do not go to Edgars in Adderley Street!

Service could improve. This is only my go to Edgar's because it is the closest one to me.

Very bad customer service experience due to lack of answering telephones at the Head Office as well as the V&A Waterfront store. The alternative numbers given by the V&A Waterfront are also not manned and answered. Eventually someone called me back, after 3 days.

Service is good and quick, but they always disappoint when it comes to their stock, i never find my size in especially denim jeans its very frustrating, and whenever I ask them, don't they have more of whatever i need, they always say we only have what is on display. And its not only in the female department, i went there for my boyfriend for jeans same story for almost a month

I challenge anyone to call an Edgars Store. They just don't answer. Thecustomer service is deplorable. I complained that I wasn't receiving my statements so they said they would follow up . I received 3 of mine and 3 belonging to somebody else!

Very friendly Cashier's nd the Staff is assisting on the floor.

Amazing shop. Larger that the Claremont one however it seems to have less variety. The Canal Walk Edgars is stilly favorite

The tills were offline/freezing and appareny the issue started from yesterday. The ppl had to queue for long as assisting one custome took forever. Edgars needs to sort out their systems. It's almost festive time and people are going to start shopping for christmast clothing

Went to apply for an account on Monday, and apparently my verification is still pending. The guy helping me didnt even know what he was doing.

Never anyone to help you in the make-up isles.Customers end up abusing products because there is never anyone to help.

They are expensive compare to other shops but they sell good quality and chic items
