Great service and prices. Was a pleasant surprise how great the Customer Service was there

I work for a mechanical contractor and we LOVE LOVE LOVE working with Filter Shop. They provide unmatched customer service and are always willing to bend over backwards for their customers! They also have an amazing online portal (Filter Track) that allows us to manage a large number of accounts for our customers with lists of all the quantities, sizes and prices of filters which is invaluable! We have partnered with them for years and will continue to as they are the best in town!

Great company and leadership. The Filter Shop lives by the "Raving Fans" model - focusing on true customer service. Huge inventory and immediate custom filter delivery shows that they are investing in the market.

Disrespectful ownership. Empty promises all the time. More concerned about growing the company vs. taking care of the employees. NO BENEFITS for employees and no room to grow within company. DEAD END job. Save yourself the time and work somewhere else where you will not be belittled and talked down on by a cocky " ex corporate" D-BAG

Always extremely friendly and efficient. A pleasure to deal with.

Truck driver. Pull into a parking lot full of cars. Have a move around the cars pull around the building. Three docks. They are set at an angle off a cliff. Have to go in blind side. Not so bad if your a box truck or a day runner. Its extremely hard if your in a full semi. Leaving you have to make a couple tight turns into a parking lot full of more cars. This is not a place to deliever to if your a new driver. The staff was super friendly and unloaded me in about an hour. They should rethink there docks but hey I got it in so it can be done just a bit tricky.

They truly understand what good customer service is. Great filters at great prices. I'm a customer for life!
