Good prices. Good access. Good quality goods. Limited range but OK for everyday needs.

Quility clothing at affordable price and friendly staff. I always pop in because of their every day specials

Big, wide range, spacious. It's a good place to shop

Staff was not helpful and unfriendly. Only one cashier at the tills upstairs in kids department

They should get more people to assist at the customer services counter ..

Anything and everything, close to public transport, in the mall, affordable prices

Do not cater for real men anymore. Everything is slim fit these days.

Edgars store is a disappointment in the mother city. They closed down without any notice, if I didn't have ask the local security in the area....I would have waited whole day for the shop to open. Edgars stores is really a disgrace to their customers

The service in this store is none existent. Can understand why Edcon is making such a big loss.

Shopping experience at St Georges Street mall could definitely be improved. Store needs upgrade

Terrible hardly any Branded cosmetics in store, Penny C is the pits and the shoes are all old stock.

As expected from Edgar it has very limited staff on the floor. I remember sitting at the men's section on my phone for 15 minutes with not one staff member that came to assist. Luckily for me I wasn't shopping as I was waiting for my mom upstairs. But they have wide ranges of products and sizes.

Horrific! Sales assistants not checking prices nor discounts. Sale had to be voided item by item and then sale redone and discount added while I waited. Downstairs the same thing happens but a different cashier. Must be my lucky day... How many customers did not check their tillslips and were overcharged? Edgars please train your cashiers on how to operate the tills especially with regards to pressing the correct discount and some customer care wouldn't hurt...

Trendy up to date and clothes to cover all seasons. Accessories and other amenities to die for. Easy to manoeuvre through the isles and helpful staff easily available.

Basically no support when shopping (for shoes in my case), long payment queues

I wanted to fit on a jersey and the fitting rooms was locked

For a shop this size, there is not really a lot to choose from in them of clothing, shoes or anything they sell for that matter too.

They don't seem to understand the Cape Town weather either. When the Cape Town weather acts up and you are left stranded, it is near impossible to find what you want.

I don't mind walking, but most of the time the escalators don't work as well. Definitely not the best Edgars in town.

The service was okay, the fragrance section needs someone who takes initiative in asking customers if they need assistance other than that, I'm happy with the shop

The articles are varied. We do not always have someone to inform you.

Good place to pick up bargains on everything from bedding and linen to fan shoes.

Large Store. Plain look. Needs renovation. Big variety of clothing brands.

Only 2 cashiers during lunch hour, no staff on the floor to assist. Oh yeah, now I remember why I stopped going to this store.

No assistance on the floor at all. Very lengthy queues as was yesterday where I just left what I wanted to purchase and came back for it today. Staff aren't rude but not friendly either. Items are so overpriced and I wish they catered for bigger sizes.

All edcon stores were off line and I needed to pay my account I went to three different stores. Not happy at all.

They don't supply Dior fragrances and not so good service personnel

OK clothing selection for men, but there is hardly ever staff on the ground and the fitting room upstairs rarely has anyone to open it for you.

A very busy store. And because it offers Mark downs it seems cluttered and claustrophobic
