Sales people unprofessional. Security wasn't at the door while I was exiting. She shouted and I stopped and opened my bag. She scratched in my bag lift my purse. Wasn't necessary because she can see everything that's going on in my bag when it's open as it's one big compartment.

Clean and pleasant environment, great place for the entire family to do shopping!

They do not sell the super small/slim items. Neither do they return those items. You ned to go to canal walk, V&A Waterfront and Tygervalley.

Not the fastest in service, you may want to schedule your visit for a time when not in a hurry. At a glance seems sufficiently staffed with a lot of "busy" personnel yet the tills are never sufficiently staffed to get the queue moving. Store design works with a lot of space, staff do just enough to be professional just like in most retail stores in the city. Just basic acceptable service.

Staff unfriendly. Service slow. Hard to find what you are looking for as clothes and shoes all over the place. Love their clothes but not a pleasure to shop there.

It was terrible all the black staff have major attitudes it sucks

Security closes access door at 17:46 from st George mall side which you have to walk around building to access store and shop closes at 18:00. Just a warning to others that didn't know. Return policy of fones must include your charge and box when under 2 year warranty. It was a Complete waste of time to visit store.
