Breakfast is delicious! The bathroom was fine, only the shower head needs to be replaced. Washing my hair was a drama, because hardly any water came out. Furthermore, the room is neat, but it looks somewhat outdated by damaged laminate.

Good room, wonderful bed and pillows, perfectly located in relation to the station and the center. Breakfast was fine, bread was very tasty! We were able to check in earlier and luggage could stay at the hotel on the day of departure.

Stayed one night in room 482. Tidy, clean and equipped with everything you need, even a nespresso machine with cups. Full breakfast, friendly staff and not unimportant: within walking distance of the center. Parking under the station 500 meters away
We had a room without natural light. Man should know each other well when booking a room like this. Shower and toilet is visible through a glass pane. Furthermore, there is no door to the toilet. Bed was ok. Somewhat dusty in the room. Breakfast was good. I would have liked a button for hot chocolate at the machine for coffee. The location for a city trip is very good. No 10min walk. All in all a bit too expensive for what is offered!
Very nice, modern hotel. Friendly front desk, very accommodating, although we (couple) spontaneously arrived. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very good mattresses and pillows. Very good price-performance ratio. Come again.
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het ontbijtbuffet was subliem. Daarnaast was de entourage van de kamer uitstekend. Je had erg het gevoel dat je in een designhotel was.
Een kleine tip. Wees op tijd zo maak je kans op iets grotere kamers. Wij hebben erg genoten van een vrij ruim opgezette kamer.

Good location near the train station. The hotel seems to be a wierd mix of old and new buildings combined together with connecting hallways. I stayed in a corner room that had a modern design on top of it's old original architecture. One draw back was the thin walls and creaky floors above me. My neighbors footsteps and door slams we're fairly loud. Overall a decent stay for the price.
Nice hotel, good location in the city, a short distance from the station. Beautiful room with bath, which also includes the shower with a moderate stream of water. Very messy at the reception, where even a deposit had to be paid, even though the bill was paid in advance, and of which knew more at check out. That really has to be better. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

I expected a little more from the hotel. But you also have to point out that the Corona rule is really observed here.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast, great bed. We stayed in room 100 and the room was ok for the price. However, the bathroom may get an update, which was somewhat dated. No space for toiletry bag around the standard sink, no shower cubicle but a bathtub with 2 shower curtains.
Leuk hotel! Hotel doet zijn naam eer aan, er zijn vrij veel designelementen aanwezig. Er werd een kunstexpositie ten toon gesteld in de vorm van kunstwerken aan de muren.
Over naar de kamers. Bedden fantastisch, beide kanten voorzien van twee kussens. Wij zaten op de derde verdieping, tevens de hoogste, en hadden zelfs een balkon. Kamers zijn voorzien van een simpele badkamer, deze was een beetje gedateerd. Douche is het bad is aan de krappe kant. Het toiletpapier is een beetje vervelend, er worden hier geen rollen aangeboden maar losse velletjes. Ik heb overigens geen idee in welk jaar dit hotel gebouwd is. Het ontbijt was heel erg lekker, de koffie was perfect! Verder alles aanwezig op zoet broodbeleg na. Bediening was erg vriendelijk, een stukje Limburgse vriendelijkheid geloof ik!
Het hotel is perfect gelegen op zeer korte afstand van het station, aan de stadszijde. Wij konden parkeren in de qpark onder het station, dit is een aanrader, alles dichtbij.

I had the pleasure of being a guest at the Design Hotel Maastricht in October 2014, the organization for welcoming guests and their accommodation was perfect, hotel staff courteous, kind and friendly, the rooms not large but well maintained and clean, the food in the restaurant fully meets the category of the hotel. The location is very good, close to the central part of the city, near a bus stop and a train station.

We verbleven 2 nachten. De kamer was enorm stoffig. Aangegeven bij receptie, maar zag geen verbetering de dag erna. Op het bed van de kinderen zat een bloed vlek in het laken. De wijn die ik vooraf had besteld, stond niet op de kamer en heb ik speciaal weer naar moeten vragen en bij receptie moeten ophalen. De deur naar het Franse balkon was stuk dus al het geluid van buiten was tot diep in de nacht flink te horen. Verbleven met 4 personen op de kamer maar er waren 3 handdoeken aanwezig.
Kortom blij dat we weer naar huis gaan!
Bij uitchecken alles besproken met de receptie, we zullen het meenemen .
Maar nul compensatie geboden.
2 jaar geleden ook hier geslapen, toen was de suite ook al enorm stoffig (ook klacht besproken) maar blijkbaar is dit niet verbeterd.
Top ligging, maar slechte service.
Dus NOOIT meer!

We booked the Deluxe Room and it was beautiful and very clean. The aircon was in a good function as well, for me this is really important specially in warm days. The Hotel has a good atmosphere, great location, few minutes to the center and the staff was very friendly. There is a parking 3 minutes walk if you came by car.

Wij verbleven twee nachten in de Deluxe kamer, gelegen aan de kant van de Stationsstraat. De kamer zag er verzorgd uit, we hadden onze eigen Nespresso koffie mee om te gebruiken in het aanwezige apparaat. Groot pluspunt vond ik dat het toilet apart van de badkamer gesitueerd lag. We hebben een keer het ontbijt in de bistro gebruikt. Dit was zoals je van een hotel mag verwachten. Anders is er in de straat genoeg keuze aan horeca waar je lekker kunt eten.
Klein minpunt: we hadden geen stortdouche zoals op de site was beschreven, maar een dubbele douchekop. Dit mocht voor ons echter de pret niet drukken.
Nice design, Only a few meters from the train station. The hotel is connected to FLO Brasserie which has a high class French kitchen.and a good bar for a quick drink, Parking is not free ( 13,- a day) with a min walk. Free WiFi

I find the bathroom dirty and a run-down and dirty shower. The hairs in the gutter, dirty edges in the bath, add gritty. While we have 1 of the largest rooms. We wanted a big bath and also pay a lot for this room. It is not worth it.
Very good hotel! Because of the convenient location (100 meters from the central station and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the center) and the sercive you get there, it is definitely recommended when you want to go on a city trip to Maastricht! The price-quality ratio of this hotel is therefore top!

Room clean. Breakfast nice and fresh and topped up late. Beds slept wonderfully. Radio in the shower was very nice. Tasty pie picked up across the street. Shower head was a little help, could be bigger. Not being able to discover how the heating in the room could be higher but also not checked. Would book here again.
