The salesman Jacob Roberts was friendly and easy to work with. Luke on the other hand...well. Luke could be nice enough and seem legitimately concerned about the buying experience but the longer you are around him the more you realize that if his lips are moving that he is lying. We sat down and negotiated a trade difference on a new 4Runner. He gave the hard sell "this has to be done tonight" and "you only get my best offer if you do the deal tonight" I'm ok with that but here's the rub. He asks "what if I can do $4000 tonight, will you do the deal?" he then wrote the number on the worksheet and circled it. This was a number i liked and had them price out a 4Runner and a Tundra. I drove the Tundra and decided on the 4Runner. When I returned and agreed to do the deal Luke now tells me it is a $5000 trade difference citing "i said i could do $4000, i didn't say i would do it". Ultimately he offered $4800 difference.
Brandon Stevens, you need to consider how your salesmen do buisness.
Luke single handedly made this the worst buying experience ever. I have purchased two new Toyotas from Midwest in Hutch and realize now that I made the wrong decision purchasing from Eddy's Toyota. A mistake I won't repeat.

They worked with a great attitude, helping us to understand all the features of the vehicles we test drove, and coming to a decision for our vehicle. Eddy;s Toyota stayed 2 hours past closing to meet our needs. They are an outstanding dealership.

Tim Brown & Eddy's Service Center were outstanding with the scheduled Mileage Inspection & alignment of my Highlander. Never had any issues with them. Again, outstanding performance and inspection!

Very good service. I talked over what maintenance I wanted and was given an estimate to sign off on. Followed up by an email later adding some additional items that could be added by clicking on a radio button - most of the additional work items were necessary, like replacing a burned out tail light.
They earn a high level of trust due to their professionalism and transparency on recommenced maintenance and cost.

I called Eddy s Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation on my 4Runner. They were able to schedule me for the very next day and they got me in and out in under an hour. The technicians also film while they perform the multi-point inspection and talk through what they find. Pretty cool!

Jackson Calvert was top notch to work with in my car buying experience. He worked for weeks finding the perfect vehicle that had all of the features I wanted and answered all of my questions along the way. Great person to work with on a car purchase.

We bought a 2016 Corolla last September from Eddy's Toyota. The whole process was great from start to finish and were very happy with our new gas-sipping car! We had the car for exactly one year and a day when a car full of teenagers ran a red light and hit us and totalled the car. Thankfully we all walked away from it and no one was hurt.

Immediately upon leaving the scene of the accident (after all of the legal stuff was done, tow truck, etc), we immediately went down to Eddy's to see what they could do to help us and walked out with an excellent deal on a new 2016 Corolla as well as a 2017 Camry! All for a very affordable price! Kevin Williams, Sam Tilbury, and the finance guys worked hard to give us a great deal and surpassed our expectations on every level!

Eddy's Toyota took a very bad situation and turned it into a fantastic experience that made us very happy! A big thanks to Eddy's Toyota for taking care of us!

Alec Smith is an excellent salesman! Not too pushy / Listens and responds with respect and consideration / Does his best to support his client through the process. The entire team from Sales Mgr Danny to the person taking care of the customer waiting area EXCEEDED my expectations.
This was the best car buying experience of my life. With 20+ previous new car purchases, I've been around the block a few times.
Eddy's Toyota went beyond what I thought was possible and made me a happy owner of a new Tacoma.

We buy Toyotas for their dependability. When i brought in my 2011 Sienna for an a/c problem, first they said it would be a $99 fee to determine the cause. They came back, waiving the $99 fee because the tech concluded a $200 vacuum and recharge of the refrigerant would solve the problem. What if an upcoming road trip reveals a bigger problem? They said it's doubtful, but they would then apply the $200 toward the bigger repair.

Schedule service in the 7:10 a.m. slot, and bring your laptop. Use the WiFi to work while it's still quiet, before the sales staff arrives at 9.

Your is showing too much confusion, Too much help seeming to not have a focus, we sat waiting area and that TV never was on, really don't need it but it shows a sign of help not having a focus, makes me wonder what happens in the service area where we can't see. If this continues , If this continues will be looking for another dealership.

All rounded was a great experience, especially with the sales man Alec! Very knowledgeable and a person to connect with. Toyotas process was smooth and quick if need be. Definitely recommending Toyota the way to go!

I had just purchased a 2013 tacoma it began having some transmission issues, I took it in, talked to Scott, explained the issues, he actually listened to what I said. The technician said he thought the transmission oil needed to be flushed and replaced. He did some research to make sure what the possible problem was, so they did the flush. It seems to have worked perfectly. It drives much better and the original problems seem to been corrected.
Thank you to Scott and the tech for making my truck drive like new again.

Couldn t ask for a better experience! I have worked with this dealership for service over the last 3 years but this was the first time I purchased. Isaiah Davis and Guy Ridpath are friendly, honest, and professional. I have bought 11 vehicles and this was the most stress free experience to date. Brendan from Allstate was awesome as well. I will be referring everyone I know to Eddy s Toyota and nowhere else!

My wife and I have been in the market for a car for a few months now. After several bad experiences with used car salesman in the local area, we cautiously approached Eddy's Toyota and Scion of Wichita with our vehicle needs. At first, it seemed that everything was going perfect, but then they started having some paperwork and finance issues, and the monthly payments began to climb to a place that was nearly $100 a month over our monthly car payment budget.

At last, we had to back out of the deal, regrettably, due to the payment issues. I received a call from the sales manager - MANAGER - the next day, who insulted my integrity - and even insulted my mother - in an attempt to rope me back into the deal. I've never been more insulted or angry with a place of business.

It's dealers like those at Eddy's that give all car dealers a bad name. One might expect to be treated as less than human by a used car dealer, but at least most have the courtesy to be subtle about it.

I wish I could give them LESS than one star. Terrible.

Would not recommend. I would buy a car from Craigslist before I would trust the sales people here. I went here in early 2019 for a new car. They do not deal fairly with customers, they will say one thing and do another. I put one star because they do actually have cars for sale, so I suppose that part is honest.

Although Eddy's Toyota used Tom Foolery to get me into their lot... I was able to finance the car I wanted. I was not impressed with Robert a salesman and James a manager, BUT I got great service from my salesman Max Romero! He was knowledgeable and honest!
I also really appreciated all Daltons help in financing he was informative and very useful in directing me with the warranty and insurance options as well! All and all Eddys redeemed themselves with their honest and knowledgable employees and with working with me on pricing! I am currently driving an amazing subaru with low miles I got at a great price! Thank Eddys!

Had been in contact with one of their sales agents about a rav4 hybrid super white. Put money down to hold the car. Money was withdrawn from the account days ago only for them to call and tell me car has been sold to someone else. Why would you pull the money if you didn t hold the car? Bad business practice. Financial gentleman I spoke to hung up the phone on me when I questioned them about that. Would never do business with them.

Apparently the receptionist was able to determine who I was from caller ID, knew what kind of car I had, and (I believe) even knew what service I needed. Making the appointment took me all of one minute. The outstanding service I get here is so much better than the consistently abysmal service I had elsewhere.

Had my worst ever experience with an Eddy's Toyota...

Had my worst ever experience with an Eddy's Toyota of Wichita salesman. In 2016 I Bought a 2016 RAV4. They called me recently and said they could get me into a 2018 RAV4 just like mine for less per month. I told them fine but you need to make sure it had all the same features and options. They came back with a lower payment but wanted me to make that payment for 72 months. I told them that payment I had was for 60 months. Your asking me to pay more for the 2018. They then went into pressure sales and I told them to hold off. They called me, I never called them. They lost my business when they started playing games and pressuring me to into something I never asked for. I will Never go back to Eddy's of Toyota.

I was diagnosed with arthritis throughout my body recently. I was in a Nissan Maxim, and it was too hard to get out of. I went to a lot of dealerships to help me because I was upside down with my Nissan and no one would help me. So, I went to Eddy s this was my final and last place I was going try. Well, some how they pulled through and got me into a brand new SUV that sits up higher. Thank you Eddy s for making my night. And it s making a big difference.

After two bad experiences trying to purchase a highlander with Eddy s we moved on to Hutchinson. Within a few hours I had exactly what I wanted in a brand new car for the same price Eddy s was trying to sell me a three year old car. After talking to a few people I discovered what a HORRIBLE reputation Eddy s has in Wichita. Do yourself a favor and drive to Hutchinson!

I had the most bizarre experience at Eddy s. And will make sure I warn others.

I took my truck to a branch called Rivertown Toyot...

I took my truck to a branch called Rivertown Toyota in Columbus Ga for a full inspection. Now this was around one week before I brought it to Eddy's. The inspection was handled by someone who had 37 years of experience working at that location and was their "master technician". I knew prior to bringing it in, it had been in an undocumented wreck at some point (not anywhere near totaled(so the master tech claimed)) and he told me it looked good. Minor fender damage that had been replaced and taken care of prior to the purchase of the truck. He sat me down and explained the truck still was under full warranty due to no documentation of any past damage and that there would be no issues bringing it in in the future to have any work done. Fast forward to today when I brought the truck to Eddy's for an oil change and to look at a very minor noise during steering. I got a call around an hour later stating how my truck had been "smashed" and the fender was "mangled" on the inside and put back together poorly. I was already aware the fender didn't look factory new (on the inside of the hood). They told me simply for a diagnostic of what the noise is would cost $112. I told them to hold off and I went back into the store to discuss what the issue was. He told me the trucks warranty was void. It took the rep a few minutes to finally explain to me that HIS "master tech" said that they couldn't do any warranty work on it. Not only would they not do warranty work on it, he put it in the trucks notes that no Toyota should do warranty work on it. Now this was irritating because it had been less than a week in-between visits to Toyota. I thought well dang maybe the truck was worse off than I thought. I decided to give Riverside Toyota back in Columbus a call and see what they thought about the situation. The rep at riverside reassured me the truck was perfectly fine and still fell under warranty. He also stated that it was not only possible but highly likely that the service rep at Eddy's was not within his means to void my entire warranty. He can however refuse warranty work which I would totally understand but that isn't what happened. He intentionally told me that the warranty was now void and there was nothing he could do about it. Now look I can get behind if one Toyota dealership wants to refuse warranty work. Got it. Not a big deal. But the dishonesty and rudeness of the rep is what upset me. I've never written a review on anyone's business or anything in the past and I don't find myself to be a difficult dude, but man that was an irritating transaction. I'm not a mechanic and I'm not going to pretend I know a lot of what goes into that job but do know there are far better places for your money.

Got a free car wash though so that was cool.

Just bought my dream car from eddys Toyota today. My salesmen Eric Herrera was absolutely amazing. He delivered and really worked with me and my budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking or interested in a new vehicle. Lastly, the business manager that assisted me: Manny Macias was excellent! He explained all information thoroughly and was very patient with all my questions. I felt as though Manny and Eric treated me as an individual and not just a customer. They were absolutly amazing to work with. I will pass this great car buying experience on to any and everyone.

It took several days to schedule service with lots of phone tag and clearly poor notes were kept because each person I spoke to needed a complete run through of the situation. Margarita, was amazing and deserves positive recognition. I'm irritated that my cigarette adapter and phone charger were stolen while my car was out of my hands. Service is much better than sales though. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from Grant. He speaks in half truths without verifying facts and has lost any credibility with me.

Bought my first new vehicle ever here, experience went pretty well but since I'd never bought from a dealer before I didn't know what to expect, is it normal to get blow jobs on test drives? Make sure you ask for Harrison as your salesman and he'll show you a great time.

This place makes me cringe. I had an appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday morning. It should not take 2 hours to do a routine oil change and tire rotation. Also, I am here for a service appointment, the last thing I want is to be bombarded with the vultures they call salesmen. I was approached by several salesmen trying various tactics that I can smell from a mile away to get me into a new vehicle. It was like a frat house in that dealership. I didn't have a good experience buying a car there because they were pushy and my view of them has deteriorated even more.

Go here if you want to be charged 5000 over KBB value cause you're a girl and when you tell the manager you're not going for that he pulls the salesman (Darrell) (Who was actually really helpful) aside to call you a b****, and loud enough for you to hear as well as the people around. Lol this being one of the managers thought it was pretty crazy. Oh and first experience got my credit ran about 20 times unauthorized and they sold me a car that had a messed up transmission and AC went out after a month. Took it right back lol, go to Davis-Moore.

Along with my conversation with Gavin, I want to say that Eddy's practice of high billing for service is inconceivable especially taking advantage of a senior of 88 years old and on limited income. I don't see myself coming back to Eddy unless I'm forced to and my recommendation to others will be BEWARE!

Great service, definitely not like other dealers. Sure, they might sway you into getting a certain vehicle, but only because they know the one vehicle is a really good price and you might like it anyways. And I mean REALLY GOOD. I currently have a 2020 Toyota Tacoma sr5 4x4 w/ double cab. I almost went home with a 2019 Tacoma trd off road 4x4 w/ double cab. Sure, $30,200 sounds too good to be true, but they knew that it would end up being $27,450 when it was all said and done. I ended up going for the newer truck anyways, but do show up and have your own experience.

All the employees were extremely helpful, and answered my questions. Coffee was ready, tv was on, temperature was just right. Couldn't ask for more at 8:00 in the morning. Everyone worked efficiently to get me in and out of there-ready for work.

They will never stop calling. I posted a for sale ad on Craigslist and I have been contacted over 20 times. I ask them to stop calling, they say because it's Craigslist they can keep calling and I need to make a note that I don't want any calls from edy's. So I make a note I'm not interested in a car and to quit calling me. They still call, one salesman has the audacity to say well we have more than cars, we have trucks and suvs (he says this AFTER I told him I've been contacted 20 times). This is annoying, arrogant, obnoxious and I will never step foot in this establishment. Almost worse than cox cable

En route from Denver to Wichita, the "check engine" light went on in the evening. I took it to Eddy's Toyota and explained that I had no problem after having my Highlander serviced in Denver. Eddy's promptly looked at my car and determined that the timing was set for "mile high" and reset it for "east of the Rockies." The car took me to the East Coast and has needed no more work. The "check engine" light has remained off. I am highly satisfied.

new car purchase

My husband and I both purchased 2 vehicles ( 2013 Corolla, and a Toyota Highlander) from Eddys in 2013. We have gotten excellent service every time we have been in. I went to the dealership for an oil change, and left driving a rental because I ordered the 2014! How did this happen? I was walking through the lot waiting for my car when Jacob walked up, introduced himself, and asked me if he could be of assistance. I explained how I was just walking through the lot while I was waiting for my car, and one thing lead to another and before I knew it, I was sitting in a new 2014 Highlander, and then all of a sudden I found myself passing papers! Amazing how one can go in for an oil change and walk out owning a new vehicle! lol!!! Jacob is a nice young man, very knowledgeable about his job. He is friendly and out going which are nice traits to have with the business he is in. I see him as the kind of man that Eddys Toyota is very blessed to have as an employee.
I would also like to add that we brag about the service that we get at Eddy's. We recently purchased a car in Massachusetts for my father in law, yes a Toyota Corolla, my father in law gets the oil changes, but not the car wash. We thought that was standard service with Toyota, but found out that it is only at Eddys!
Thank you for the excellent service!

Told my service advisor that when I had my car in for $700 of work on the left front tire I believe it was a bearing news needs to be replaced . That's when I got it out of repair .I filled out some type of Request form from Eddies Toyota And told him about the car pulling to the left .No one has called me or ask me about the problem. And the service advisor told me I would have to pay for them to take a look at it and I said to him that's b.s it wasn't doing that before but it was after I brought it out Of repair .So I probably won't be using your services anymore .

I printed off the vehicle I had configured on the Toyota website, told them this is what I wanted, and wrote them a check for $500 for a deposit. They said it would take 8-12 weeks for a special order. After almost 3 months I discoversed they had done nothing. I should have the vehicle I want in a couple of weeks from a different dealer. Their problems are systemic.

The WORSE service thus far. I've came here several times and every time my information isn't either updated or corrected like they said it would. But that is another story. It's little compared to their service practices. I brought my car in for a 'check engine light' diagnostic hopeing they will tell me exactly what is causing my check engine light to come on. I told them prior to scheduling the service that I had replaced the o2 sensor because that was one of the error codes according to the devices that is typically used to test it or what not. I had it replaced but my check engine light still came back on. That is why I took it Toyota to have them check it and actually diagnose the problem and tell what exactly is the reason why my check engine light is still on. But what I got back was the same story. The o2 sensor may be bad. But what made me more upset is that they didn't actually test the sensor itself to see if it was faulty or bad or if it was something connected that's causing it to spit out that error code. If I wanted a "maybe this" is what's causing the issue I would not have taken it there in the first place and spend $100 for no good reason. They said it was a universal part that I replaced it with and that it may not have been conpatiable compared to a Toyota part. If that was the case I didn't need the so called "check engine light diagnostic" to begin with! I needed someone to actually TEST it and PINPOINT the real problem. My believe is they went off of whatever error codes from the devices that they used. That doesn't do me any good. Poor Service. False Advertisement. Why do I belive this? Because to make it worse, after the completion their so called "multi point inspection"...they recommeded that I have a transmission service done as well as change out sparks plugs. Here's the funny thing. I had the sparks plugs changed and transmission flush done just a few days ago! When asked to speak to the Service Manager, his excuse was "we recommend services" based on mileage and that they "don't pull out spark plugs or check the dip stick" to see whether or not it was good. He boil it down to the fact the it was a "free service"...and "don't have time". That has got to be the most dishonest and BS for someone in his position as well as Toyota. I told them, if you're recommended services that is not needed and not inspected then it's the same as being dishonest and selling false servces that is not needed. What's worse? Under the recommended services, in red ink, it says "needs immediate attention". Toyota service here, basically just want to sell you services and not looking out forbyour best interest, period. Please DO NOT and NEVER suggests any services if YOU AREN'T going to CHECK/INSPECT if the services is really needed. If you had check, you would have known it was not needed. You should advertise, instead: "RECOMMENDED SERVICES BASED ON MILEAGE AND NOT ACTUAL CHECK OR INSPECTION" instead. I will never take any of my cars there ever again. Period. Now will I ever recommended this dishonest place. Poor Service.
