I had just purchased a 2013 tacoma it began having some transmission issues, I took it in, talked to Scott, explained the issues, he actually listened to what I said. The technician said he thought the transmission oil needed to be flushed and replaced. He did some research to make sure what the possible problem was, so they did the flush. It seems to have worked perfectly. It drives much better and the original problems seem to been corrected.
Thank you to Scott and the tech for making my truck drive like new again.
