My experience has always been very good in my Ecuadorian consulate. The employees are very friendly. Many thanks to Manuel Alvarado for his great customer service and courtesy.
I realize that we are never going to progress ... I have to go and every time I go, the representatives we have are the worst. If they live here in the USA they should learn a bit from the US government. Mrs. Silvia is one of the worst. He does not know how to explain and he does not know how to do anything else than send letters ... every time I realize that the equator is 3rd world because we do not learn anything ... even though we are in other countries we do not learn anything ... WORST REPRESENTATION OF OUR COUNTRY ....
There is never anyone who gives information over the phone. And when he leaves in person they always send him back because papers are missing for any procedure. Something that could be avoided if there was someone to ask before going to avoid wasting time and asking for permission at work. Also, the website is difficult to navigate. Terrible service. You leave a message and they never call you back.

The customer service is very slow and not friendly. They also give the wrong parking information about you paying for 3 hours $16. I had to pay for 1 hr $45.
I have been trying to get through to speak with someone at this location for over a week! They either don't answer the phone or if I am lucky to actually have a human come to the phone, they send my call to voice mail where no one returns the call!!!! How are we supposed to get anything done with this consulate.

Unfortunately, Events, Seminars, Help workshops: medical, educational, labor, legal, etc. They are not welcome.
From my own experience I have seen how the work of each of the Consulate officials exceeds the desired results.

The truth is that the service is terrible when you are going to talk to each other or pay attention to the truth, the service is very bad, the only thing that interests them is money with that attitude, they should stay at home, we need to really want to work and Give us good service. We need a warm kind friend to show your non-rude education like the ones we have here.
IT IS A SADNESS HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKS, EVERYTHING WITHOUT A CHEMIPORTISM TO PROVIDE A FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. THERE ARE SOME PROCEDURES THAT SHOULD TAKE ONLY 20 MINUTES, BUT HERE TAKE LIKE TWO HOURS. SOME PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE ALREADY OLDER WHO SHOULD BE REMOVED .... UNTIL WHEN? WE STOP BEING MIDDLE! AND WE CHOOSE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DO THE WORK AS SHOULD BE SOON AND EFFECTIVE !!!!!
They provide a really excellent service. They help their countrymen in everything that is possible and is at their fingertips.

INCOMPETENT! There is no other way to describe the lack of professionalism of the vast majority of people who work there, as it is noted that they have been chosen at the finger without any meritocracy. I have called this place form more than 40 times and nobody answer the phone!! Left a message and no call back at all.
I was at the embassy 6 months ago to process my identity card and two things happened to me:
1- I did not have a shift for that procedure and the person in charge helped me throughout the process (very kind)
2- while they help me get my turn, they invited me to take a seat and wait for a few minutes, but the strange thing was that they didn't make me wait in the waiting room, but instead they invited me to one of their offices where I had access to snacks and coffee. Excellent service
