I absolutely love their salads. I almost never go somewhere for their salads, so for me, that's saying something!

Reliable fast food mexican. Not really authentic but not less so than Chipotle or Baja Fresh. Can eat fairly healthy here.

Very consistent. Good food, good service, polite staff.

Great service on several occasions, but unfortunately the food is mediocre at best. Clean and reasonable. If they stepped it up a couple of notches in regards to taste, quality of meat, and flavor it could be a winner.

Hit and miss on the portions!! A few of the staff are generous and others are skimpy, I don't care either way, I just like consistent portions. Great food though

The shrimp chimichanga is MONEY! I love that you can fill it with whatever you want, but THAT HONEY GLAZED SHRIMP is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if I can order anything else although the taco salad looks amazing

Fast and fresh food. Great prices. Dining room is pretty cold, but I'm sure it is hard to regulate heat in that building. Daily specials make their prices even better. Love that they use real dishes and cute down on renewable resources. Go Bajio!!!

Delicious, big portions and great customer service. A chimchanga with two sides was less than $8, so cheaper than fast Mexican and tastier. Will definitely be back!

It was my first visit and i can tell you that the food is very tasty and the service is fast. You get the atmosphere of being in a restaurant without the price of a full service one. Definitely one of my go-to's now.

I have been going to Baijo for almost 15 years now and they never disappoint. Everything is made fresh and served salad bar style.

Very tasty food overall, but not without issues.
My wife's shrimp taco was a little bit under cooked. The Queso was a bit too spicy for our tastes. My Chimichanga was perfect though. The crew was helpful and polite.

The food is amazing but the service not so much iv been coming here for years and over the last year or so the service has been awful

It's a great Mexican place. The prices are on the cheap side. I love how you can choose what goes in your meal.

Very good food. If you get the burrito or burrito bowl I would highly recommend getting the red enchilada sauce it s delicious.

I go here specifically for the torta and the pinto beans. And, tonight was no different. These kind people really make the atmosphere feel like your family.

Super casual dining, we go here on a regular basis. We actually have friends ask us to go back when they come into town. My favorite, is the green Chile cheese quesadilla, I crave this! Tried a few different things but always come back to this dish.

The food is super good and the staff are great. I asked them to hit me with the spicy salsa and it had a really good kick. I just wish I found this place sooner

It was ok, but not that good. And very bland. If you could use more spices and peppers it would improve the taste.

This resturant and its staff are amazing!!! Hector and his team are so awesome!! They remember you and they know how to put together a amazing breakfast burrito. I highly recommend coming here!!! It's a happy valley kept secret.

Solid quick service Mexican food. Makes your meal as you move along the counter, like a Subway, Chipotle, or a Qdoba. Good choices and fast service. Has a daily special for those looking for a deal.

First time ever visiting Bajio. Food was good! Service was not so good. Felt rushed by the man making the orders. He wasn't friendly and didn't explain anything. Wouldn't have built my meal the way I did if I had known what my options were. Very dissatisfied. Lack of communication between everyone. The cashier charged someone else for my order and it caused a lot of confusion. The lady never received a receipt or was told what she was paying for so she just paid the bill not knowing that my food was also on there. Ended up giving her cash to cover my food. Not a good experience at all.

Between the hospitality and the delicious food, Bajio has always been worth my trip from the West side of the river. The interior is absolutely gorgeous with traditional Mexican chandeliers, and all the walls are a mosaic of tiles....so beautiful. For longest time, I didn't know they sold churros and beer, but now I know! My favorite dish is a burrito bowl with sweet rice, a churro, and a Modelo. Yum!!

This place is great for families and they have a stamp card for frequent customers - just ask at the register! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Food is pretty good. Portions are ok. But they charge you for EVERYTHING extra. Flavor is above par . But we got a $10 taco salad.... and it was $2 extra to put it in a hard shell. Not just a tin pan . There is a emphasis on salad in the taco salad. It was 90 percent lettuce .

Bajio is sooooo good!!!!! I have not had anything here that I didn't like. The staff is also super nice. If your looking for some quick Mexican food at a good price this is a great spot.

Surprisingly really good food. I expected far less and was shocked when everything was fresh and very high quality. Highly recommended and a new local spot.

My husband and I were out school shopping for our girls when i decided i was hungry. We found this place. Walking in the door the restaurant was very cute and quite interesting to look at. The menu was kept simple but the food was also very good. Its definitely a place well keep on our list.

Love this restaurant for its good food, simple fast and friendly service. We especially like how the seating area you have space between tables not crowded. Nice for visiting and lunch.

Great service and tasty food! Daily lunch specials have good sized portions and a drink for $7.75! My favorite is the ensalada with cilantro ranch. Dining area and bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of room for larger groups in the dining room.

I like the menu selections, the ingredients are fresh and high quality. As a first time customer I had many questions and the server that was preparing my meal exhibited frustration in my decision making. There was no one behind me in line. They have many options and alot of extras are at additional cost, so what initially appears to be a decent value meal can get overpriced quickly. I'm going to go back and try different items, now that I'm familiar with how their menu works. There covid-19 sanitation protocols were excellent.

Cafe style food ordering. Very reasonable prices. Good for singles and groups. They do have beer and Mike's, as well as horchata, and Pepsi fountain products. Fast efficient service and quick checkout. Very yummy food and customizable. Enjoy! Find out what the bell is all about... ding ding!

This restaurant is fire! The service is spectacular and the food is always delicious!

2 stars because the first chance I went to try the food the cook had a really bad attitude and got in argument with him because of it. Ended up walking out and not ordering. Second time I was able to order. Burrito was good but the enchiladas was not very good. Unsure if I will return because of poor customer service

The sides are always cold and the green chili quesadilla is to sweet to eat. Very disappointed again. Not going back. $30. for 3 tacos and a quesadilla I couldn't eat

We eat here a ton, the employees are great but the manager has on 2 occasions treated the employees very rudely in front of us. I find it hard to go back after this last time. He joked with the folks ahead of us about it so I think he knows he is being unprofessional but no excuse, those employees earn minimum wage and deserve to be treated better.

Bajio catered lunch at a work function last week, and it was so delicious! The entire process was so simple and easy from ordering to eating. They took care of the set up and clean up, the food was so tasty, and Gary was so very nice! I could easily see Bajio being a regular place to eat at if I lived near it.

Oh! And their Ranch dressing is dyn-o-mite!

Recently moved to the neighborhood and discovered their Volcano breakfast burritos which I thought were pretty good. Really disappointed when I showed up yesterday morning and waited for over five minutes for anyone to even talk to me. Then when I'm finally acknowledged and ask for a Volcano Burrito, I get told no, that breakfast was over at 10:45, after which the lady checks her phone to test the validity of her statement, and we both read 10:43 on it. I had shown up around 10 minutes before they were done with breakfast. I told her it still wasn't 10:45, and I'd been standing there for over 5 minutes and she just stared at me like I was crazy to even ask for breakfast. This may seem nit-picky, but having worked in customer/food service for 15 years, I was just shocked at the way this was handled, especially when she found out she was wrong and didn't even bother to comment about it, or offer up a "whoops". I guess they don't want my business very bad. I'll have to find another breakfast burrito nearby, anyone have recommendations? I thoroughly enjoy breakfast burritos!!

We have always had great food from Bajio's. The pineapple shrimp salad is a must have when we go on. Delicious!

Wonderful food for someone who is picky about their food! I am dairy free, and it is very easy to have delicious food without cheese!

The food is amazing. Only disappointment is having to pay an extra 1.50 for queso smother.

I got the spicy pulled pork burrito, it was really good! The employees were very friendly and helpful since it was my first time eating there. They do things kinda like subway where you pick and choose what you want as you go down the line. And the prices are very reasonable for the portion you get.

I try to eat here only when it's busy and the food is fresh... Really good stuff.

Particularly tasty! Tortillas are cooked right as you order, with your contents custom to your preferences. Meat options are plentiful with two kinds each of beef, chicken, and pork. The staff get a little rushed, but if your order isn't just what you wanted they'll set you up! Be aware it can be overly warm if you dine in, and tables may not be clean during the dinner rush.

I like this place. I don't know why all the reviews are bad. You don't go here for "100% authentic Mexican food" it's fast casual Mexican style food. I'd say it's a step up from chipoltle. Only annoyance was the cashier was slow.
