INCOMPETENT! There is no other way to describe the lack of professionalism of the vast majority of people who work there, as it is noted that they have been chosen at the finger without any meritocracy. What a shame that our taxes go to juicy wages of people who do not know the difference between a "power and an authorization" we were only two people waiting and it was not until after 3 hours that I could leave there with a simple sheet that It does not take even 10 minutes to be written completely by a primary school child and with more than 6 staff members on duty, eating, chatting out loud with coffee in hand. People who work in consulates should be the example and excellent representatives of our country. After reading the majority of the reviews I realize that I am not the only one who has been treated with disrespect and lack of consideration in my time. I hope that the speed of services will improve in the near future for the good of citizens.
