Review of Ecuadorian Consulate in Chicag...

I have been trying to get through to speak with so...

I have been trying to get through to speak with someone at this location for over a week! They either don't answer the phone or if I am lucky to actually have a human come to the phone, they send my call to voice mail where no one returns the call!!!! How are we supposed to get anything done with this consulate.
