These people who work there are useless they do not work full hours, they earn money without doing anything with reason as Ecuador is. The other day I went to get a power and it took more than 3 hours, my brother went to pick up a passport and they told him that he could rule the passport until four and he arrived at 2:30 and they were gone, they work when they want and until the hour that they feel like, there must be someone who controls them but they earn money without doing anything ......
