This past Monday, my husband Eugene & my youngest son drove to your facility to see an auto you advertised in the internet. They took quite a trip to help out our other son and in good faith my husband put a $100.00 deposit to hold the auto. Unfortunately our son was not able to secure a loan to purchase this auto. My husband called you today asking for a refund and in return you just hung up on him. With this action it says a lot about your character and integrity. I feel this was very unprofessional of you. Please be an honorable professional business man and refund our deposit. By doing this it says a lot about you and your business. You at least should have been more courteous and not have hung up the phone as if dismissing us for this entails that others should never give you a deposit for It shows you are not a fair person.
Thanking you in advance for your courtesy.
Respectfully
Isabel Greco

Do Not Buy a car from here! They are salvaged. Do not take anything they say at face value. Their vehicles are junk and you ll be throwing your money into a fire pit like I did. Thousands wasted on a car with thousands needed in repairs. This place pisses me off. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Quality used cars . What a load of BS.

Absolute worst place to buy a car in the area. We ...

Absolute worst place to buy a car in the area. We traded in our trailblazer for a 2007 Chrysler Sebring with 31k miles on it. We were very excited to get the Sebring with such low miles and the price was right. We were told that it was a deer hit that was totalled and bought on an insurance auction. When the dealership bought the car they replaced the radiator and tranny lines as well as the hood grill and front fenders. In less than a day the car broke down after we purchased it. We took it back into the dealership and they told us that it broke down because one of the new tranny lines that THEY REPLACED went bad. They replaced it. In less than 3 days after that we started having issues with the car overheating because the new radiator that THEY REPLACED wasn't working properly. I called the owner of the shop Dave, and I was pretty pissed because it seemed as if the only things wrong with the car were things that their mechanic did wrong in the first place. After explaining this to Dave, he promptly hung up on me for "insulting him" when I told him the problems we were having were the fault of his mechanic.

Long story short, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. There is no customer service and the staff at this dealership are absolute morons.

"We don't trust Carfax". I apologise in advance for having to explain the language the OWNER used while I was there. I was there today, Friday July 17 at about 5:15 pm to look at a 2009 Chevy Silverado with about 122,000 miles for my girlfriend (she was with me). From the word go the sales guy could give us no information on the vehicle. He stated he could show is "paperwork receipts" for the work they had done. The sales guy claimed they had done $1000 of work to "turn off the dashboard lights". He proceeded to take us in the building and show us the receipts as he called them. They showed about $600 of work done O2 sensor and solenoid. When asked if it was a salvage title he stated no...the title is in the insurance companies name. To which we asked about the accident it had been in that he was gonna conveniently leave out. He was unable to find the paperwork that showed the work done on the hub assembly. So he called the owner to stop in to find the paperwork. Enter the owner...a complete jacka$$. He explained to me that he doesn't trust Carfax cuz they hold the seller "hostage". So I proceed to pay for a Carfax report on my phone while he continues to speak to my girlfriend. I got about half way into paying for the Carfax...he throws paperwork all over in the office and tells..."you know what...get the fu##! Outaa here with your smug look!". Grabs some more office supplies and throws them at the office wall. As we walk out, and my gf is in shock, he continues to yell obscenities at us. This clown is crooked as a day is long. Buyer be ware...I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. There is definitely some sketchy stuff going on with there titling. Hope this helps keep people away from this place.

I took my son here to get his first car. Immediately the salesman used flattery on me and said I didn't look old enough to have a son that was driving age. This was a little uncomfortable.
The car we were looking at he specifically told me it had been in a head on collision, they rebuilt the engine, and the frame had to be repaired. I was very leery about this. We took the car for a drive and the car was shaking and vibrating once it got over 40mph. You could feel it through the floor and the seats. I knew something was not right. When we got back I told him about the issue and that I was concerned. He said it was most likely just the tire pressure and worst case it needed an alignment. Now, being a woman doesn't mean I don't know jack about cars. I didn't believe this for a second as I have 2 vehicles that have slow tire leaks and never had this kind of vibration before. While we were discussing the issue, I told him I was not comfortable buying a vehicle with that kind of problem. The owner then came out and said right now is the best time to buy the car because come tax time they are jacking their prices way up. Not impressed! The salesman then took the vehicle for a drive and agreed something wasn't right but stuck to his story about the tires just needing more air but that he would pull the car off the lot because he would not sell a car that had that kind of issue. I told him I was not interested in the car, he pulled the car off the lot to "have a mechanic check on the vibration problem". Later that day the car was parked back on the lot again. I also noticed that the 6 cars I looked at all had salvaged titles.
Also, on their website all the vehicles listed have a Car-fax report but it said expired when I clicked on it. I had asked to see the Car-fax report on the vehicle when I was there and he said they didn't have any, I asked why it would say they have the reports on the website then and he said he had no idea and that they do not have any reports for the vehicles.
Stay away!!!
