"We don't trust Carfax". I apologise in advance for having to explain the language the OWNER used while I was there. I was there today, Friday July 17 at about 5:15 pm to look at a 2009 Chevy Silverado with about 122,000 miles for my girlfriend (she was with me). From the word go the sales guy could give us no information on the vehicle. He stated he could show is "paperwork receipts" for the work they had done. The sales guy claimed they had done $1000 of work to "turn off the dashboard lights". He proceeded to take us in the building and show us the receipts as he called them. They showed about $600 of work done O2 sensor and solenoid. When asked if it was a salvage title he stated no...the title is in the insurance companies name. To which we asked about the accident it had been in that he was gonna conveniently leave out. He was unable to find the paperwork that showed the work done on the hub assembly. So he called the owner to stop in to find the paperwork. Enter the owner...a complete jacka$$. He explained to me that he doesn't trust Carfax cuz they hold the seller "hostage". So I proceed to pay for a Carfax report on my phone while he continues to speak to my girlfriend. I got about half way into paying for the Carfax...he throws paperwork all over in the office and tells..."you know what...get the fu##! Outaa here with your smug look!". Grabs some more office supplies and throws them at the office wall. As we walk out, and my gf is in shock, he continues to yell obscenities at us. This clown is crooked as a day is long. Buyer be ware...I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. There is definitely some sketchy stuff going on with there titling. Hope this helps keep people away from this place.
