Very nice restaurant and bar, food was very tasty, stay very friendly.

Great place for a drink. Eapecially a cruisy Sunday listening to a live singer.

Meals in the bistro are quite nice and the bar menu is great for a quick bite. The pizza s are amazing! The EH special one is my favourite - picture attached.

Had our work Christmas Party here (small group of 8 people). Easy to book online and was impressed with a confirmation call from Brittany to confirm our booking a week before the event. Meals for the whole table arrived very fast, no long waits which we expected at this time of the year. The place was full, so again, very impressed with service and friendly staff who should be congratulated in the job they do. All our different selection of meals were delicious and my barramundi meal was presented like a 5 star restaurant.

Chef could not prepare the meal as requested. Service response to this when highlighted was very poor.

The hotel is quite new, located near Woolworths and Grilled. A bit of a hiccup during check in process but the receptionist finally worked it out. She also made sure that our group are on the same floor for convenience. The room is very spacious, clean and very nice.

Eatons Hill is my favourite concert venue in all of Brisbane. The sound inside the ballroom is superb. If you've never attended a show there I highly recommend it.

This is a weird one. I brought 12 work colleagues in for lunch here today and am left wondering if every person that works here is tragically unhappy in life. The bald man with glasses that received us said not one word of "hi how are you," "welcome" or any of those things you receive in places with customer service when he greeted us. He had us up to the counter, asked for our orders, took our money and said nothing else all with a frown on his face. The rest of the wait staff was the same and looked at the ground with a frown while serving and picking up plates. I even said goodbye cheerfully to two of them on the way out. The bald man ignored me and walked by. The woman behind the counter just mumbled something unintelligible. It's like everyone is annoyed you are even there. I don't need to pay $30 for that.

The food. Two of us had pulled pork sandwiches that were dry. The meat was old or under the lights far too long so it was dried out. The fish that came was burned so you could obviously see without eating it. The chef just doesn't seem to have any quality concerns or check the food before it goes out. The other meals were fine but probably nothing to write home about.

The place itself is nice. I like the atmosphere and its an enjoyable place to sit and eat. But guys the customer service has got to come up to speed here. Smiles, thank you's and welcome's are all part of hospitality in a restaurant. Get rid of the dead faces and irritated voices. make them take Train them to treat the customers like guests that you want to see come back. Watch the profits soar when that happens. It's easy stuff to get right.

The plcae is big the food is decent, Drinks can be a little pricey though.... Overall a good place, if your about on the North side of town

Tonight, at around 10pm there were Four of us who walked into the club after having dinner and drinks with my partners daughter (who was having her 21st birthday) brought in a crowd of people say about 23 to 25 people to their restuarant to have dinner with the intention of say 12 to 15 people to enter for the clubbing and drinks. So we entered the club at around 10pm. My partner with skinny Jean's, a dress hat, closed in shoes etc. Our friends partner (who is a male) walked in with 3/4 pants on so just below his knee.....

At this stage our friends were walking past us saying he had just been kicked out for shorts, when
A. We had just been all let in with what we were wearing by a security guard
B. The dress code we had been first pointed too which said nothing about shorts (male or female).
C. The dress code we had been pointed to second specifically said shorts not being taken as apart of the dress so we took that on but my partner had said "so when are you kickinng out the girl who had stood beside us, had shorts on, inside the club out and the guy said "oh I can't do that" so my partner said well that's your dress code and you've kicked my mate out so now you need to kick everyone else in there with shorts on out. The manager refused to do it so his behind he security guard and took off inside.
D. The girls next to us (at the same time as out mate getting kicked out) had shorts on tucked just under their butt cheeks.

We went online tonight and checked their dress code and it says something on their about shorts on their dress code not being accepted. So fair enough BUT it said nothing in their about whether it was men or women, yet they ONLY kicked out the men who had shorts below their knees compared to the girls who were inside the club with shorts that were just below their butt cheeks.

SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION WITHOUT EVEN ANNOUNCING IT!!! It wouldn't be if they kicked everyone with shorts out from inside their club but they aren't, they are kicking out MEN with shorts longer then the women inside the club OUT!!

This is one of my favourite hotels, I try to stay here for any work trips around the northern end of Brisbane.
The rooms are clean modern and very comfortable.
The location is next to a variety of restaurants, supermarket and also The Eatons Hill Tavern.
Most notably the service is always a standard out.
Highly recommended

The first hill i eat on was amazing so i had another hill or two and i must say after that last hill i was, and still am in love with the place!

They didn't say whoop there it is for once so that's a plus

This is only about the restaurant part. The food is always good, the steaks are excellent. There are only limited vegetarian options, if that is an issue (1 main, 1 salad, various breads). It's a large complex, so can get a bit noisy.

3 out of 4 meals were terrible.
Steak overcooked
Beef salad dry and bland
Pork Belly was dry and tough and crackling was soft i.e. not crackling
Will be a while before we venture back for a meal.

I went to see Bliss n Eso. The gig was great and all the staff were really friendly, but OMG, the toilets!! Some of the stalls didn't have doors on them and before the band even stared some of the toilets had run out of paper and soon enough there was no paper at all. I wasn't particularly impressed with having to pay a $10 entry fee to go and have a few drinks after the gig considering it was still within the same venue that I'd paid to see the band at. Parking was non-existant and there was no signage or direction to indicate where people should park when the tiny onsite carparks were full. It felt like they were really disorganized.

Love this place - always got great festivals, food and atmosphere all year round!

Can be quite busy at times, but has fantastic sunday vibes.

It is called the Bistro and is over the road from the hotel. The instructions to the place need to be updated. Food was good but could have been half the serving and half the price

Beautifully kept rooms, great wifi, great ammemties including gym and pool and located literally next to woolworths and nice restaurant's. Service was great, could not fault at anything. Very happy with my stay.

I had heard a lot of bad reviews about the place but had always heard the way they talked up their food so i decided to go and eat there one day. When i got there it was really confusing when trying to find where you can eat and where you can order and what menu there is at the time of day. That a lone almost made me leave as it frustrated me so much.

I waited for about 3-4 mins before a staff member acknowledged my group and I considering the fact they made eye contact before that but would just rush away before I would have the chance to ask 'can i see a menu'.

The food across group was described as being very flavourless or everything tasted the same and to be honest it really did, I had a slice of pizza and had my steak and the pizza and the steak tasted exactly the same. The good thing though was that serving size could almost justify the price but because the flavour is not there it really wasn't worth it.

Inside had a strange atmosphere of something that is trying to be a night club, a bar, a pub, a dive bar, a cafe and a restaurant it just felt overly weird and uncomfortable also there was live music but on a slightly larger and louder scale and the singer was good only problem though it's not really what i want to here when I'm trying to relax and talk to friends.

Overall it's not the place you would go with a small group especially if you are looking for something casual. If you need a nightspot that's out of town though it probably is a good place though i hear they have strict rules.

Fourth time unlucky. So far every steak i have ever ordered has been undercooked. This is a bit disappointing especially when ordering a $40 eye fillet. (This time it came back undercooked even after sending it back).

Went there for a family event on a Sunday.

Kudos to them, the booking was organised well and we had asked for a spot with 2 high chairs and space for a pram. All good.

Now onto the bad stuff, mainly the food..

Among the items ordered were 2 ribs and a pulled pork burger. The ribs were absolutely terrible. Looked like they were just pulled out, microwaved and the chef didnt even bother to coat it generously with sauce to cover up. The pulled pork burger was pretty average too.

Please enlighten me as to why they want to charge $35 + for each rib dish, when I can get better pre-cooked heat and eat serves of ribs for like $17 from elsewhere (like Costco for eg) ? Step it up chef for its not a cheap meal at $35 + ?

I have had the steaks before and they were ok. No ribs ever again for me from this place again.

Dined here 24/1/19 as a group of mums and kids having a meet up on school holidays. Kids meals came out first and quickly. Good value. My fish and chips came out promptly and I couldn t find fault with anything.

Large groups can be hard to please and manage but the staff handled getting everyone s meals out in a timely manner.

The kids area seems to have been improved since the last time we were there. The feedback from the kids who went into the playroom was that it got a big thumbs up.

I got a room here for my parents visiting from out of town and they couldn't have been happier with the room and service. The room was modern, clean and well laid out. The staff were all so helpful and the check in process was smooth and quick.
Will happily book this hotel again next time they come down.

Awesome live venue and great food and drinks upstairs

The 4 of us went for a meal the ribs were tough an dried up the girls had a potato rosti as a side and were unable to eat it we asked the waitress could we have chips instead she said we could but we would have to pay for them .She went and spoke to the manager and he said the rosti was ok and we would have to pay for a side of chips. We never complain but this is poor customer service. The meal and a couple of drinks cost 200$ we will not be back

Amazing food great service & very friendly place for all occasions

Bought most expensive steak looked massive on the tray came out small like a big Mac disappointed I know they shrink watched enough Gordon Ramsey shows but that was way different and no real mushrooms on the menu only $2 packet gravy.

This place is really nice but the parking is a bit tight for big events, had to 'invent' parking to get in (then after I was in the line up they opened the field for extra parking, didn't have it ready, for a concert!?)
The staff were good and the interior space is planned in a good way. The gardens are really nice (boab's all around the place ) and general facilities were really good. I wished they had a room free to just crash in in the end. It seemed like a nice place.

Went here for dinner tonight and it was the best food in a long while. Good selection of steaks on new menu, mine was cooked perfectly, food came quickly and staff were great. Venue is amazing, the tree lit up at night is cool. Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be back.

The absolute worst venue I've been too. Make sure you dont have more than one beer b4 being shown the door lol piss weak

Worst venue ever. Very anti men. Woman can wear shorts men cant. Looked up dress code and nothing about no hats and then asked to remove. Its a dress hat. Never coming back.

Not a bad place....security supervisor needs an attitude adjustment...other then that not too bad.

I just love this Hotel. They have so much to offer. Not only dinning but cater for small to big functions. Plus Live Concerts and now a new Hotel next door for Accommodation. Service, Food are very good and Staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time I went for a concert, the bar staff were told to stop serving drinks which included water as soon as the band finished playing.. The second time, I managed to get a water but it cost me $4 for a small cup. Alcohol is overly expensive too. No access to public transport later at night. All in all, this place makes me really really mad :3

My burger came in the same $2 basket as the kids meals. Such as shame not to mention the hour wait for everyone else to get there meal. I was ready for birthday cake and everyone else just got theirs!

It was very busy which is great. But their eftpos went down which is a hassle for the establishment but instead of being organized with a backup plan, the staff rounded up their patrons very rudely and actually yelled at everyone to get in line at the ATM.

Great meals. Service has always been friendly. Great little playground for young kids to go while they wait for meals, kids meals are always really quick.

Venue is not well designed for viewing a performance. The show we saw had No seating for $80 a ticket was not impressed, no raking floor and no stadium seating, so if you're not the first people through the door, good luck seeing anything apart from the head in front of you.

Went to the beer fest and was made to leave because I fumbled

Great kids play area and kid's meals were good but the rest of the food was pretty poor, especially for the price. Duck cigars without any actual duck meat (I ate 2 of 4 before any sign of meat), cold soup and bruschetta that really wasn't that nice. We won't bother going back
