I found this office through my insurance and was a little nervous because of the mixed reviews but I thought I would give it a chance since the previous urogynecologist I saw made me feel hopeless. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Dunn spent almost an hour with me explaining my options....OPTIONS! If I would have never went to see Dr. Dunn I would have never known there were so many options. One of the nurses said she has been with Dr. Dunn for 8 years and that speaks volumes! Everyone in that office is amazing, and it's not an easy job but I thank God doctors and nurses like them are still around! If anybody reads this and feels unsure, I urge you to give them a try

Has surgery for stress incontinence in June "16. I am young and very healthy. Have never been able to urinate normally since and an ultrasound showed that my bladder is basically curled around the mesh Teri Dunn inserted improperly. I will need surgical revision. Do not let this woman touch you.
I was nervous to go to the gyn for the first time, but the woman who scheduled my appointment was very reassuring. she walked me through the whole process and took the time to be kind. then when i saw dr. dunn she spent so much time to make me comfortable, and talked me through everything. good care is hard to find and i hope everyone has an experience like mine. i would give 10 stars if i could!
Saw Xr. DUNN END OF August....IC and UTI.....Informed ber Macrobide only works....for UTIs. She gave me an injection.....Culture a week later indicated it was wrong antibiotic. I ENDED UP WITH PYELONEPHRITIS.....AND HAD TO GO TO THE ER FOR CORRECT TREATMENT
Dr.Dunn is amazing and so are her staff. She saved my life, literally. My 91 yr old grandmother now sees her as well. She keeps up with the latest and greatest medical treatments and medicine. Mostly, for me, she is no nonsense and compassionate.
They rip you off by sending your tests to every lab in town and keep getting bills from different labs for some sort of test which was not even necessary. Worst experience.
I brought my elderly mother to Foothills Urogynecology due to some complications. I must say how impressed I was by the staff, especially Sabrina. Sabrina made my mother so comfortable from the time she was escorted to her room and prior to meeting Dr. Dunn, who was amazing too. Sabrina has such a kind and caring way about her. My mother felt right at home and with the care Sabrina and Dr. Dunn provided she was very pleased. Also, she appreciated the follow-up call from Sabina about her lab results, and throughly explaining what steps she needed to take next. Thank you Sabrina!
I have been a patient here for nearly 6 years (since moving to CO). I have never had any issues with the staff or doctors. Normally, I pay a copay when I visit but a couple times I was told nothing was due and received a bill in the mail instead. No problem there, it's easy to call and make payments and the amounts were minimal. Reason for the 1 star rating: About a year ago I moved and failed to update my address with the office. I did not receive a $25 copay bill they had sent me. The office did not try to reach out via phone or email but instead sent the bill to collections (I always pay my bills on time and never default on them so this was a big surprise for me). As soon as I received the first notice from the collection agency I immediately got on the phone and paid the $25 balance and then called the Foothills office. The next time I called to book an appointment the receptionist informed me that I am no longer able to see my doctor. To say I'm shocked and disappointed is an understatement. As someone with excellent credit and an otherwise flawless payment history it is mind blowing to me that they would not make an exception for something so petty when it was clearly an honest mistake. As a customer who has spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars at this office and has a relationship with the doctor I have had for 6 years, this policy seems cruel. I hope they revisit this approach for their other patients. In the meantime, I'll be looking for a new doctor, much to my dismay.
This is a professional staff that I would highly recommend. Dr. Dunn is very thorough and cares about her patients. I had been to more specialists than I can count over the course of three years due to the pain I was experiencing. I had left a VM for the medical staff to call me back over a prescription and the nurse Sabrina called me back late in the evening to talk about my issues. I was going over everything and then she said Lisa I believe this is what you have and schedule the procedure to be done to diagnosis my issue. Finally after all these years I got an accurate diagnosis and am forever grateful for finding them. If you are in need of a urogynecologist, schedule with this practice!!!
This practice is absolutely amazing! They have helped me so much through my medical problem and have made a difference in my pain. Sabrina is absolutely amazing! She is such a saint! Foothills is always there for me, and I just cannot say how grateful I am to them. Truly. This is a practice that truly cares for and helps their patients. I have never found such an amazing practice that is so reliable and caring. I am so grateful to have found this practice and Dr. Terry Dunn! She is so caring and shows up for her patients. Every staff member I have worked with including the women who administrate and schedule are so kind and awesome. Thank you all!
I am so grateful to Dr. Dunn for performing my bladder prolapse procedure. She was recommended by my OBGYN. Dr. Dunn is a very kind and knowledgeable surgeon. I no longer feel discomfort with my pelvic floor. I am very grateful for Dr. Dunn for making me feel good again. I highly recommend her for her incredible skills and professionalism. Dr. Terri Dunn is a marvelous physician and person. I thoroughly enjoy having her as my doctor. She makes you feel welcome, always. It is good to have these two very closely associated parts of our female anatomy expertly taken care of by a female!
I have been a patient of Dr. Dunn's since 2011, and I will always refer her as an amazing Gynecologist and an outstanding surgeon. Her help has improved my quality of life greatly and her staff is outstanding. I will be a patient of hers until she retires!
The staff is soo compassionate and understanding. I had some set backs and my frequent unplanned visits to the office were always welcomed and they got me right in. Dr. Dunn is the sweetest Physician/Surgeon I have ever encountered, and her knowledge and bedside manner are stellar!!
My wife is the patient and thinks highly of Dr Dunn. Unfortunately we ALWAYS have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Should we just call and check in, then show up 30 minutes later? I m constantly frustrated that physicians somehow feel our time is not as important as theirs. Just make less appointments and spread them further apart, like good business people.

I was supposed to be seen today for a new patient appt. After checking in I was not told the doctor was running behind. Arrived at 11: 10am (ish) for an 11:15am appt. As someone who works in healthcare I understand that it can get busy and appts can run long. however, the receptionists did not inform me that the doctor was running behind. At 11:45 I asked them to reschedule me. I am giving them a second chance but I run on a tight schedule and would have liked better communication from the staff. Will provide another review after my new appt. Fingers Crossed.
Absolutely love Dr. Dunn and her staff! Every visit I am warmly greeted and Dr. Dunn is just so personal and caring that I actually look forward to going to the doctor now. She has helped manage my Interstitial Cystitis which has improved my quality of life tremendously. I referred my sister to Terry as well and they were able to get her in quickly and on Dr. Dunn's surgery schedule the day she was seen. I hope she never retires!
